Flowers were delivered to the wrong hospital ,delivery person did not even ask the front desk if that patient was at the hospital , just sat the flowers down and left. When I placed the order i was told not to worry they would make sure it got delivered even took my number and the patients phone number incase they couldn’t find them they would call. The flowers were awful , the 2 roses were brown nothing pretty and pink about them . I had to drive to the hospital a hour away from me and locate the flowers and deliver them myself took me 3 hours total. I clearly stated I wanted bright pinks and purple fun colors . The arrangement was all white cheap flowers and 2 brownish pink roses for a new baby girl . I had to go to food lion buy flowers and re do the arrangements myself before I delivered it. I have called since Saturday morning trying to get a refund for the $94 but no one has an answer of course . I am beyond disappointed in this place and do not recommend this florist!

Cindy’s was a lifesaver for my family this weekend when I found myself needing 3 corsages and 10 boutonnières on Wednesday night. Our original florist made a mess of these items and we were leaving town on Friday afternoon to go to our daughter’s Saturday wedding. I got to the store at 8am on Thursday assuming that it was going to be a long shot that Cindy’s could help me so last minute. When they were able to squeeze me in on Thursday when I had to get the flowers to travel with on Friday around 2pm I was elated! I was going to be happy with anything they could pull together so I was even more thrilled to see how wonderful the boutonnières and corsages looked! We all looked great this weekend thanks to Cindy’s!

Adding that we picked these up on Friday at 2:00pm. Refrigerated them until around 12:30pm on Saturday and then they were out of the fridge until the ceremony at 4pm Saturday and looked great the entire time! The photo of the corsage I have here is from Sunday morning- the morning AFTER...

DO NOT recommend! This place had great reviews so we trusted them to get the job done right. I placed an order of flowers to be delivered for my Mawmaw’s birthday at around 11:15-11:30am. Was told that as long as they were placed before 2pm they would be delivered same-day. I got the confirmation of the order. Which, the order was almost $80 for just flowers and a card- ridiculous. And then at a little after 5:30pm I get a voicemail saying they didn’t have the flowers in stock, so they didn’t deliver and that they were cancelling the order! AT FIVE THIRTY. So not only did they take over 5 hours to tell me my order wouldn’t happen, poor Mawmaw gets no flowers and now I have no time to reorder with someone else for her birthday! I tried to call back and express my feelings but they kept me on hold until I finally just hung up- go figure! Please just go with a different flower...
