Was pleased with the sales lady but overall not happy at all when we got the first couch it broke down and couldn’t close leg rest without kicking it hard then they said we will order parts and a month and a half went by and nothing tried to talk to them about it numerous times and the manager said if he had a magic wand he would fix it so finally we got another couch brought to us on a Saturday after 2 months and on the Monday after it was the same way the manager said he would come out and see if he could adjust it but it got worse and I had company pick up couch and give me a refund I will not even go back nor think about buying from here again and I have to wait 10 days to get a check in the mail! I've purchased furniture from Farmers' Home Furniture, in Rock Hill, on several occasions over the last 6 years; my experiences are always good. The furniture is excellent. It's held up beautifully. Everything went well with delivery. One time I did have a problem and it wasn't the fault of the furniture store. Something I ordered came in with the wrong parts in the box. The manager Tedrick went to the trouble to go get what we needed and bring it to my house and finish the job. you couldn't have asked for anyone to be any nicer, more helpful, more generous & accomodating. I'll be buying some furniture later this summer and I will be looking to go back to Farmer's Home Furniture...

From the moment I walked through the doors of the store until the delivery guys were done bringing my furniture in & putting it together, was a PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE!! Sharon made us feel at home & like family the second we came through the doors! And one of the delivery guys (I wish I would've asked for their names) that handed me the paper to sign when they were done even said "If you have any problems or questions please call us.
