I use to come here for my gaming purchases, but the lack of product knowledge from the employees and the lack of interest for the guests needs has turned me off from going to this location. I have a hard time trying to reach this store by phone and be on hold for 5 minutes to ask a simple question. The store is disorganized and sloppy looking. I've seen the manager give false information to customers about certain games and I feel he's not looking out for the guests needs. I use the GameStop app to hold items at this location and to either have them not ready or sold to someone else when I go in for pick up. I've been going to this location for almost 10 years and never had issues until now. He was actually holding a casual conversation with what appeared to be another customer who had already completed his transaction & was just talking. So after looking at empty boxes a few minutes I decided to interrupt the conversation & ask was that all the had, he says "actually we're sold out of all those" grabs a wired controller to say that's all they have. I didn't ask for a general controller, didn't come there bc I was in desperate need of a controller. So I felt he wanted to rush me out the store instead of asking what I actually wanted or was looking for. Read moreI've seen the assistant manager get attitudes in the store before, but never with me until today. I bought a Nintendo 2ds as a gift and I was given the wrong receipt. So I went back in to ask for the correct receipt and he kept on giving excuses to why he couldn't. Now I know why!!! HE IS CROOKED! the woman that checked me out charged me for my card renewal and then charged the 2DS on a different transaction. Because the stores look better when they sell more memberships. So they are crooked and don't want to fix it. And I told him about what happened and he still wants to not fix the situation.
