Me and my Boyfriend placed a mobile around 9:20 tonight we arrived by 9:30 to pick it up. We ordered 2 soups as well as 2 fries and 2 sprites. We also ordered 2 milkshakes while inside waiting for our mobile order. 10 minutes later I got notified that our mobile order was ready. We waited another 25 minutes without getting our mobile order or our milkshakes. The staff were starting to prepare for closing and just standing around talking. Finally one asked what we were waiting for. We showed them our two orders. The staff members 2 milkshakes, they were sitting behind the counter on the staff side half melted that they “forgot to give out”. They then also said sorry we’re out of chicken noodle soup and walked away. No one helped us after telling us they were out chicken noodle soup. Everyone just stood around talking. No one acknowledge the fact we just stood there for 25 minutes now waiting. We had to grab the manager walking by to explain the issue before she finally helped us. While helping us I heard one of the staff standing around claim that “they just placed this order” when we were there for 25 minutes and the order was placed 35 minutes ago. The manager was nice and refunded us for the issue. However the staff were very unhelpful. I just had throat surgery a week ago and the soup was really the only thing I could eat without experiencing extreme pain. We ended up getting a refund and the rest of the meal. Leaving by 10:05, 35 minutes after they supposedly started working on the order when we showed up. The staff were very unprofessional and unwillingly to help us with anything. Read moreChick-fil-A (in general) doesn’t usually fail us. Chick-fil-A Rocky Mount fails us more often than not. Somethings always either wrong, missing, or cold. Usually doesn’t warrant a review. But today, today is where the line was drawn. For the past 2 years, I’ve ordered fruit cups for my son. ALWAYS have ordered only oranges and strawberries since the apples provided are always mushy or sour and he simply doesn’t like blueberries. I have NEVER had an issue. Until today. We get home with the order and each medium sized fruit cup ($3.39+tax) had 3 slices of strawberries and 3 slices of oranges. That didn’t even fill the medium sized container half way! Called to ask what was going on & Manager Krista said it was a corporate change that happened about a month ago. Funny thing is I’ve been to Chick-fil-A (RMT, Wilson, Raleigh, Greenville) multiple times within the last month and never had this happen. So I called corporate, and they stated each Chick-fil-A makes their own rules. So Krista was obviously lying. It isn’t every establishment, it’s THEIR establishment. Only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because we finally got HOT food. Read moreThe only 2 positives was the young man who took our order ans the waffle fries were hot. This location was difficult to access, we were asked to pull to the pick up line as our chicken strips needed to cook, which were warm. We waited for 20 min. in pickup parking, we called at 15 min and told that they had just dropped our chicken into the fryer. Once we received the order a sweet tea, grilled chicken and waffle fries were left out. We walked to the drive through, told them what had been left off, received sweet tea, another bag of kale, waffle fries and no grilled chicken. At this point our passenger just ate the 2 orders of kale and shared 3 pieces of chicken from 3 of our 4 piece orders. We were ready to get back on the road as we had 6 more hours of travel time ahead of us in the rain with 5 people and 2 large dogs. By far this was the worst experience we have had at Chik-fil-a and were very surprised at the attitude of the manager as she acted put out by us. We always get Chik-fil-a on our way home from trips as kinda our comfort food on the drive home.
