Emagine Rogers — Attraction in Rogers

My wife and I went to the Rogers, MN location to watch the 1:30 showing of the Avatar movie on 1/21. We get there, get our popcorn, and go to sit down in the recliner chairs only to find out that neither would recline. Frustrating. We tried three other sets of seats, but every time they ended up being somebody else's. No other seats next to each other except in the front (too close). More frustration. After the third attempt we decided it's best if we just leave. We see the manager and let her know what happened. Her response is "oh, they must be unplugged." No attempt to go plug them in. No nothing. Total lack of customer service skills. We ask for a refund and she only refunds our tickets, not the $18 in popcorn and coke we're about to abandon. You at least expect the manager to offer something for loss, but yet again, nothing. Needless to say, the experience left a pretty bad taste in our mouths, not to mention being out the $18. Worst part is that we've enjoyed this theater since it opened, but now we don't really feel like going back. Why gamble and end up with another ruined...

The theater is really nice and wide selection of food and drinks! I went in to buy tickets for a later date $5 Tuesdays. The staff is usually pleasant, but the day I went they were not. They didn't greet me just sat on their phone and waited until I went to the counter to say something. The manager her initials is KT is very rude, didn't get her name. I bought the stitch bucket to watch at a later date in case it sold out because it was popular. The time slot we wanted was a different theater, but how was I supposed to know that? The manager belittled me explaining to me why it was $10 and not $5. I simply asked if there was a time slot that would be a different theater so it would be $5. She was so rude about it and walked off, but told me 6:30pm. I then purchased the bucket and asked if the popcorn included would be honored since I'm buying it early. The employee went to the same manager and asked her, the manager said "what" rudely and then went on to say she will honor it this time. I don't want to go back to this theater, but my children love the theater itself and I already...

The best theater in the area. You book your seats online now with assigned seating. The days are over of needing to get to the theater 30-45min early for good seats. Finally! Also, they've upgraded to leather seats with electric recliners! Seriously... they've outdone themselves in comfort and theater tech.

Like other bigbox theaters they've upgraded to the select-your-own soda machines. They also have a bar where you can buy an beer (at theater prices).

The quality of the screens are great, the AC during the summer and the heat during the winter has been well balanced from what I've experienced thus far. The surround sound system has always been well balanced and the same goes for the sound levels.

Bathrooms have automated sensors for sinks and hand-drying. Staff have almost always been quick and friendly. I have yet to have a a bad or mediocre experience here and the remodel puts others theaters to shame. I highly recommend seeing...
