Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rogers

Worst service I’ve ever gotten from this location, won’t be going here ever again. Went through drive through and ordered 7 soft shell tacos with no lettuce. Easy right? One less ingredient to put on. Got home and all 7 tacos had lettuce on them. Called the store and they said they would remake them if I drove all the way back, I also asked if they would remake the 2 quesadillas with extra meat that I ordered as they would now be cold by the time I got the right order then drove all the way back home to eat.

Went in to the counter when I got to the store, the girl working drive through was nice and asked what I needed, when I told her she said just a minute, I was then ignored for the next 10 minutes by her and the kitchen crew. They had 5 people working and it was a little busier, one of the kitchen staff seemed like he was having a bad day and threw someone else that was waiting’s order down which ripped the bottom of the bag right out. After all this, they made 3 soft tacos with no lettuce and tried giving it to me, I corrected them and said it was 7. The one kitchen staff that was in a bad mood said very snarky, “I guess it’s 7 no lettuce, we’re not remaking the quesadillas”. After I heard that I just asked for a refund and told them to forget about it.

One of the guys in the kitchen gave me a partial refund that was $4 short, but at this point I just wanted to get out of there and get something to eat...

One of the managers there (older African American gentlemen) is rude and doesn't care about the customers at all! I came in around 1:30-2pm (in store), there was a line of three of us, I waited for about 5 mins, I than asked the guy in front of me "how long have you been waiting?" his response "I've been here for 10 mins!" mean while not one person in the back even acknowledged that we were in line, so I walk up to the counter (its now been about 15 mins I've been standing there) a young lady looks at me and I ask her can we get some help please we have been waiting in line for a very long time? The manager than yells out to me that they are busy and that the drive through customers are more important, at this time the gentleman in front of me leaves and so does the gentleman behind me.. I was shocked! My response was simply that's pretty rude and inconsiderate, considering that we're both paying customers, this manager than has the nerve to tell his employees to not serve me, are you kidding! How unprofessional is that, I can't believe the audacity that manager had to look at his employees and tell them to not serve a paying customer merely because that customer was trying to get customer service while standing at the counter for now 20...

If you are looking for an amazing indoor dining experience, look no further. From the moment my hand touched the well polished door handle to the crisp AC cold enough for an indigenous tribe of eskimos. Taco Bell is the place to be in Rogers MN. Our professional ordering assistant was lovely and polite. She walked us through the menu, sighting they only used the finest grade d beef. This girl new her stuff. Once we placed our order for consumption of mass quantities, one of the line cooks looked at me. She game me the look, the look that says “I got you valued taco receiver, flavor is coming your way”. She even winked at me. As I walked to our luxuriously appointed dining accommodations I was distracted by the most exotic array of sauces. Obviously these were sourced from the most elite sauce makers. I then turned back around to see that same line cook (the winker) there smiling at me with her beautiful brown eyes and a tray of the finest prepared tacos in the land. Our food looked magazine quality. My co diner and I spent some time taking selfie’s with our gourmet tacos so we could post them on Instagram. Then we enjoyed a meal fit for only the finest rulers of the land.
