I love walking out here, one of three places I tend to walk in Rolla. The trails are mixed in difficulty or steepness, but the trail I take gets the hard work done first, then all downhill from there. There are at least three trails, each of which have alternate routes, so lot of variation. The Audubon group has done a lot of work here in past few years, taking this to a great nature area. Can see several wildlife and all the trees along the trail have QR codes you can scan that will tell you interesting facts. Has a restroom but it’s a portable toilet and not very clean so I would skip using the restroom in it.
