I'm not sure why i've never written a review about this place as I go in there so often. The fact of the matter is this is one of my favorite places to go. The food is about the same price as any fast food restaurant with quite a bit better quality. The owner seems to love his business and its always kept neat, orderly and VERY clean. You can see back into the kitchen sometimes and all the surfaces are wiped down and the product is organized.
I would highly recommend signing up for the rewards, they seem to have one of the better reward systems around. Usually every other visit I get 2-4 dollars off of a order.
The staff is wonderful, quick, and try to get your food as efficiently as possible.
The only bad thing (which I'm not taking off in score as its not their fault) is the parking lot. It ranges from wide to narrow and because of the elevation, some areas do not have a lot of space to maneuver. If you are going there when they are packed it can be hard to find a space and to leave it if you do find one. Small cars, smaller SUVs, mid sized Trucks and Most jeep wrangler models (due to their narrow width) are fine. But if you get a full sized SUV or truck you might find less space than comfortable.
I'm mostly a burrito guy but all the food is good. My go-to's are the scooby, Ren, and worm.
Whatever you guys are...

I walked into this place for the first time months ago and my second time was today. I walked up to the counter and the owner remembered me! That right there alone should tell you about this place, but I'll continue on.
I was at work and was in town and needed food, I was thinking "Taco Bell sounds pretty good" so I headed that way. Almost ready to pull in Taco Bell and a little voice said (read in best Nacho Libre voice) "Hey stewpid, remember American Taco Company?!" (Stop reading like that now)I was like "Ohhh yeah." Walked in and the owner remembered my face from months ago. Blew me away!
The options are amazing, the portions are huge! I weigh 322lbs trust me when I say they're big! And the prices are very fair. You will not find a better place for a burrito!!
The number one thing that caught my attention both times I've been to this magnificent establishement is the cleanliness! It's just an overall great place to eat, can't wait to take my entire family in someday.
Support this local business, get some amazing food and talk to the awesome owner! His little side kick is pretty cool too!
Hands down the best place to eat...
Read moreFood is very good & the most interesting thing is that American Taco Co is a combo restaurant. The other side is Skruff's Grill that mainly serves burgers so good variety for the whole family. So far, my husband and I have been here 3 times ( Burger / Tacos / Burger ) & good has been good each time. When you make your order at Taco Co, you can completely customize your food like at subway. My husband tried to polish off one of biggest burritos they have, the Bull Dog!! He got 1/2 way in & couldn't eat another bite! We spend an average of $40-$50 for the 2 of us w/ sub-sides & 1 large drink at either place. I would definitely recommend going to this combo Restaurant & bring a hungry belly with you. The parking lot gets full fast b/c there are four eateries in one center. Update(Apr 23): still great food. Queso isn't as good as I remember it being. Very bland this time. Needs just a little kick but not spicy like some paprika or ...... Idk. Either way, my quesadilla was wonderful & service was friendly...
