This place is okay, but the landscaping is very unkept and the exterior speaks, "We do not care about you!" Most go here for the great quantity you can get for very low prices. Sure the advertised, said store's name reads "DOLLAR TREE" when items costs more than a dollar here; false advertisement, we know. Stores do whatever they can to pull in the masses until customers truly really see and learn what they are all about. We suppose convenience and the lower prices keep customers shopping here anyway, though we do not either support or condone Dollar Tree's stance in this regard. The staff is nice here; and, despite catering to those who are otherwise disadvantaged and underprivileged, this store is a nice size. Its size is way better than other Dollar Tree stores in the affluent areas, such as Cranford, Westfield, and other locations west of Linden, New Jersey.
â A Quyloon Reese Report on Experiences & Custom (QR-REC)ÂŽ: Food: 75/100 (the items' taste is okay . . .?) Portion to Cost Ratio: 100/100 (one of the best) Comfortable: 95/100 (very roomy; maybe too roomy) Hospitality (Staff): 90/100 (very good!) Clean: 50/100 (Restrooms at 65%; needs a cleaner exterior including the landscaping) Overall Score:...
Read moreI was shopping in Dollar Tree located at 67 St Georges Ave, Roselle, NJ Oct. 7. While on the line to pay, there were 2 adult customers before me on line that werenât wearing any masks at all. The Cashier, âJoanâ totally ignored the fact that they werenât wearing a mask. At the same time, a Jewish family was checking out at a nearby register and the entire family aside for their 3-year-old child were wearing masks. My cashier âJoanâ immediately ran over to the other register (while keeping me waiting) and told the other cashier to make sure that the 3-Year-old child puts on a mask. When I commented to âJoanâ why sheâs only requesting a mask from a Jewish 3-year-old child (at another checkout lane) while not caring about the 2 non-Jewish individuals who checked out at her register she lied and just said âThey were wearing masksâ. I then asked her for her name so I can report her to her superiors and she refused to provide it. Only after pressing her for her name did she tell it to me. After checking out, I told her (Joan) that Anti-Semitism is not tolerated in this country. She then yelled after me âStupidity is not tolerated in...
Read moreWent in to 67 East St. Georgeâs Ave location (across from Walgreens) and bought a few items but wanted to do an even exchange for one bought day before at a different location. Never an issue to do an even exchange but was told by the soft spoken cashier that she would have to call the manager, Lorna. This African American woman took 10 minutes to walk to the register whilst I waited patiently because it was no fault of the cashier. Should have known that this was the preempting to her nastiness during the transaction. She was rude, nasty and very aggressive. When she walked away, I asked the cashier âwhat was the managers nameâ and she said Lorna. Well, I proceeded to walk out when this grotesque human ran to the cashier to ask repeatedly âwhy was she asking for my nameâ. Anyway, I will never again step foot in this store. And someone with her anger issues should not hold a managerial title under no circumstances. I think had I stayed a minute longer, she would have gotten violent. Please get rid of that trash. Sheâs giving your location a bad reputation as Iâve told everyone I know to not...
