Maidu Regional Park — Attraction in Roseville

This is one of my favorite area parks and for good reason! With sprawling soccer & softball fields there's no shortage of team sport activities to play, but the great thing about Maidu Regional Park is that there's more! Yes friends & strangers alike, there's much more! Got a regular Tony Hawk in the family, then check out the skate park and show off those new tricks! Is it just you today but you want to work on your swing, or did you have a frustrating day at the office and you need an avenue to vent built up tension, then head to the batting cages and blast away! So many things to do outside, like the old time playgound area thats fun and safe for everyone including those with developmental issues, that it's easy to forget all the fun there is indoors too! The library is spacious and has cool activities that are scheduled for the kids to learn, grow and interact with each other in a safe environment. Spacious, green, lots of amenities for sports or events. Plenty of parking because it is spread out so well, though sometimes tight. I’ve always found a good place to park. We held our wedding in the Community Center, which has several nice rooms, indoor and outdoor with features and privacy wall. We used two adjoining indoor large rooms - we had a staffed wine tasting corner, live band, full buffet, circular tables of 8 seating over 100, video presentation, arch and ceremony decorations, cake table, and more. Lots of room. Friendly staff helped us all the way.

We attended a friend’s 90th birthday party last night, with lots of food and people. I really like all the windows looking out onto large trees and green areas. Beautiful venue.

There are ball fields, activity equipment, children’s play area with fun little buildings and train, library, and more. It’s always very clean and professional, while feeling comfortable.
