I came here on a weeknight and we had some all you can eat buffet and it was 36.99 per person. I really do like how they have a lot of items on the menu there was a total of 111 items. Nigiri here is really fresh and I like the cut of the fish it wasn't too thick or thin it was the perfect texture due to the cutting. . One thing that really stood out to me is the fresh oysters it was plated really fancy and it was really fresh and it tasted amazing. They even had soft shell crab which was fried and it was a big piece, I wish the batter was a little bit thinner but it was a little bit too thick. The beef short rib was grilled but it didn't have the chargrill flavor which I wish it had a little bit more. I do like a generous portion of the beef short rib. The Miso soup is very flavorful it wasn't too salty or Bland. The chicken wing had a really nice fluffy batter and it was lemon pepper flavor. I also try their lobster roll which I really like and they use fresh Lobster inside. I also love their salmon carpaccio which was really fresh and it has a nice touch of crunchy hot oil in it. I also really do love their nigiri the salmon and the tuna one really stood out to me. Also I really like the scallop nigiri as well it was very fresh and I do like the little sweet Savory soy sauce that they put on top of it. Also my mom loves the unagi which is their eel nigiri and it was really fresh. We even had their teriyaki salmon with teriyaki sauce. . I really do like the variety on the menu and you can have a little bit of everything where you are not really restricted with a few items with whatever you order. The service was Top Notch they actually refilled our drinks and asked if we needed more orders. The Ambiance is casual and it is very friendly family and great for kids as well.
