I'm writing this review to warn other parents about what happened to my family at this Sky Zone. Our visit was a complete nightmare, and it’s clear this location has major problems with safety, management, and basic maintenance. The first red flag was just the general chaos and lack of supervision, to the point where other kids were biting people. But things got much worse for us at the stunt jump attraction. My child was waiting at the bottom when another kid jumped and landed directly on them. It was a hard impact, and my child was clearly hurt and in pain. When I took my injured child to the manager to ask for a simple ice pack, I was absolutely stunned by her response. She refused to give me one. Then, she looked at my child, who was in tears, and accused them of "faking it" and "wasting her time." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She then threatened to call me. I was standing right there( using the injury i wanted to teach my kid about askimg for help so i was close to him close enough to listin to the conversation)! To report my own child for faking an injury. Her attitude wasn't just unprofessional; it was cruel. My child was hurt on their watch, and instead of help, we got blame and hostility. After that horrible experience, I started noticing just how neglected the whole place is. The dodgeball court, which is a main reason kids want to go, had no dodgeballs. I later learned they’d been missing for over a month. How can you charge full price when your main attractions aren’t even working? It’s why everything feels so overpriced there. You're paying for a premium experience, but you get broken equipment and a manager who treats your injured child with contempt. To make matters worse, they don't even have water cups available, so you're forced to buy their expensive bottled water after your kids have been running around. It just feels like they're trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you. Even the mandatory socks were a disappointment. They promote them as a partnership with St. Jude's, which is a great cause, but the socks themselves are flimsy and poor quality. It felt less like a donation and more like being forced to buy a bad product. This wasn't just a bad day; it was a demonstration of complete failure on every level. If you care about your child's safety and want to be treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend you go...
Read moreJust spent $300 on THE WORST party experience we’ve ever had! Our assigned hostess (supposedly dedicated to only my son’s party) barely acknowledged us the entire time. We couldn’t get into the party room until almost 1 hour into the party (so no dedicated space for parents to sit or to set things down), and all of the “open” seating was taken when we arrived. We also had a number of kids complaining about being thirsty about 30 minutes in, but were still stuck waiting to get into the party room - we even found out later that one parent bought her own refreshments at the snack bar for her daughter. When we finally did get into our room, nothing was set up (we had only brought our own themed cups, which they had taken from us when we arrived - and those weren’t even set out). So my husband and I, along with a few other parents, had to change out their clear cups (once we were allowed in the room, later than when they had initially told us). My husband and I also served all of the cupcakes ourselves, along with some of the pizza. It was complete chaos from the moment we arrived until we left. The worst part, however, was the belligerent behavior from the manager once I brought some of this to his attention - rather than trying to help improve our experience, he actually argued with me about each item and, at one point, even accused me of lying (which ended up being the result of HE having misheard ME). Needless to say - they have lost ALL future business from our family along with the other parents that were there (who witnessed the manager arguing with me for 20 full minutes, and all of the disorganization along the way). If there was a zero star option, this would have definitely deserved it! How can the employees provide a positive customer experience when the manager behaves like that...
Read moreAbsolute worst experience of my life. Took my sons here on Martin Luther King day at 11 AM and for some reason management decided that it would be a good idea to have one employee work in the front desk. My sons and I waited for 45 minutes in line to check in.
Once we finally got to the desk, they started telling everyone that their waivers had expired, and that they had to stand there for another 15 minutes filling out a waiver. Ironically enough everybody that was standing around said they had just filled out their waivers that day, and yet mysteriously enough, they still could not find them, or said that they had expired.
The bottom line is anybody with any common sense would know that a holiday or kids are out of school would mean a larger crowd and proper management would have prepared for this by having enough employees ready to go and ready to check people in. Waiting 45 minutes to go to a trampoline park is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced.
If all of this was not bad enough, there were hundreds and hundreds of people inside the park. I would even go as far as to say they were exceeding the fire marshal limits for safety. There were people jumping right left over each other, and into each other. It was completely unsafe and unmonitored. There was maybe one or two people on the floor, watching the crowds.
When I took the time to speak to a manager, the managers attitude was basically throwing his hands up and saying what can I do? His excuse was that it’s high school kids working there and nobody wanted to show up. Sounds to me like they need new employees. We’re better management who knows how to Handle this type of situation.
Personally, I say save your money and don’t waste $65 going to a junkie trampoline...
