Olympus Pointe Sculpture Park — Attraction in Roseville

My grandson and I stayed overnight in a hotel in Roseville, and when we pulled out, we could see the sculpture, which is called "The Cosmos." Freeway is close so noise level is high. No real shady spots to speak of. No benches, just concrete blocks that surround the concrete platform the sculpture stands upon. But for two small patches of grass at the sculpture...the Entire area is a mass of dirt, dried out weeds, and gnarled vegetation. Also, there is trash Everywhere directly behind of and off to the side of 24 hr Fitness, which happens to be the main entryway the "park"; so not a good first impression for anyone new to...
