Gallery Leu Inc — Attraction in Ross

Artist Michael Leu rocks, with his magical view of life. I first met him at an eclectic art fair in southern California in 2010 and was so taken with his striking colors and interpretations that I came away with five serigraphs, each representing a memory of living in and visiting Europe. To this day, they bring such joy that I searched Google to find Michael again in the hope he still made these stunning serigraphs. The process is so labor-intensive, yet his prices are unbelievably fair! Rachel, his wife and business partner, is so delightful and easy to work with. I was able to reserve my special piece, and Rachel sent it quickly and safely via FedEx. I wish I could include photos of my collection here... a girl on a Vespa with her giant cat friend zooming through the center of Paris, two of a village in Italy showing a narrow road similar to one I walked with my nephews decades ago, and more. Even the brilliant posters bring such life to a home. I look forward to when San Francisco's crazy Lombard Street becomes a poster, because simple quality framing in my town costs more than Michael's gorgeous masterpieces. His serigraphs merit the very best: Archival backing, museum glass, and a complementary frame, assembled by a professional. Michael and Rachel make art a very personal experience, not just something to put on a wall to fit a color scheme -- although his colors fit that bill, as well! Pure joy in this gloomy world!
