Love going to this heb however, I did not get great customer service I normally get . So I placed an online curbside order pick up for 9pm to 9:30pm well it’s 5:30 pm . I accidentally canceled the order and went to replace it again and then for the rest of the other times that were available they wanted to charge me extra because it was last minute ….pretty understandable.so I called them and spoke to a man named Austin . Well unfortunately, he was not able to help me. He said I would’ve had to replace the order and I explained to him what happened and I asked if there’s a way he can put it back on since it was already on because I accidentally canceled it. He could not do that on his end . I get it but you could’ve went above and beyond to provide that service by waving that fee for me if I replaced the order but he didn’t so pretty upset with that and I just thought y’all should know that manager (Austin) did not do his part. I understand but there has to be some type of thing a manager has the power to do on their end to make those things happen. He could have refunded after I picked it up or something but did not even offer that .
UPDATE : called the phone number they left below in response to this . Nice lady on the phone but they didn’t even do anything to help . Only that they could take the feedback and give it to the team. So still didn’t handle the situation. Even mentioned I wasn’t trying to be difficult I was understanding and being a nice customer but yet they still didn’t solve my issue . Read moreGreat selection. Clean store. The problem is the staff. About a year ago, I was followed out to my car and asked to see my receipt. I questioned the manager why he needed my receipt and he stated someone who fit my description was seen stealing. I was wearing a red and blue velour track suit with monogrammed yellow lettering on the back. I am 5"11, 240 lbs, and have half sleeve tattoos. Someone fit my description? Him and the other male employee, I am assuming his backup, searched my bags and then told me to have a nice day. Well let's fast forward to just now. This morning I was doing the self checkout and noticed I forgot my stevia sodas. I picked up my stuff and walked to the soda aisle. Before I could get there, a manager came chasing after me. "Excuse me sir, you haven't paid for your items!" I told her I knew that and was going back to get an item I forgot. You know, I am walking further into the store as opposed to out the front door. Edna wouldn't have stopped cleaning to chase my grandmother for trying to purchase more items. The guy who chased me out to the parking lot wouldn't have followed my boss out to the parking lot. Stop chasing people around because they look scary and have tattoos. On an ironic note, the bulk of what I was purchasing this morning was for the man begging for food outside, that was ignored by everybody Edna didn't run after, and yell at, like a thief in the middle of the store. I will go to Sprouts from now on as to not alarm...

Particularly fresh foods areas nearly all isles are at least partially blocked, many completely by pallets, carts, lifts and other equipment. Most of those blockades are not even being attended to.
Today, I tried to shop between the Deli, refrigerated prepared meals and Bakery.
Most of the prepared meals were unreachable because of stock carts. There was an empty large cart left in an intersection - blocking two paths. As I tried to find a different way around I encountered another stocking cart blocking a pass through
There was an open isle in the front of the bakery... Until an employee pushed her cart in to stock her pies, closing this lane as well.
After about a minute she looked up and saw me standing. She did ask if I needed assistance.
When I told her I was looking for a pathway to continue shopping, she directed me to the isle behind me - she, nor any of the other 4 workers realized that every path was blocked.
She did apologize for the inconvenience, going on to explain the importance of stocking the shelves, maintaining her cart closing the isle.
Since customers are such an interference during stocking, maybe HEB should change their open hours.
Being unable to proceed with shopping, I abandoned my few items in my shopping cart - blocking an isle and left the store.
Very sad that Walmart provided a much better shopping...
