I usually have great experiences at Juiceland, but the location on Louis Henna is a bit chaotic and unorganized. I went in person to order, and both times no one takes the order right away or even says something like ‘we’ll be right with you’ to acknowledge you’re there. Instead they continue their chit chat and make whatever order they’re working on. Then they come take your order and have to wait up to 10mins. I tried to avoid the wait by placing an order via Toast. When I arrived I still had to wait up to 5 mins and the order was wrong. The strawberry, banana and hemp toppers were missing (the online order platform has those listed as standard, you can only remove them if you don’t want it.) but I noticed it doesn’t show up on the order or ticket. The online system is either wrong or not translating to the ticket system properly. I got in my car and opened the bowl and the “soup” spilled everywhere. They used way too much milk and it’s inedible at this point. I went back in to tell him it’s missing the almond butter, bananas, strawberry, cocoa nibs, and he added them but the smoothie was already melted so he handed me back soup. And never added the almond butter or cocoa nibs -_- on top of that, the kid blamed it on me - said I must have been confused. Really disappointed in this experience.
