Mays Street Boutique — Attraction in Round Rock

I used to love this little boutique and would go there often. Yesterday, I bought a few things, including 3 John Hart bags and I had them stamped with my friend’s names for an additional fee. I paid and they were gift wrapped. One of the names was misspelled and I called them today about it. Even though the young lady was nice, she told me I would have to pay another fee to have it re done because “their employees always show the customer the spellings so there isn’t a problem like this, “ which didn’t happen. I didn’t feel that was right and asked to speak to her boss. She returned to the phone and asked me to return the bag today and they would give me another bag BUT I would still have to pay the additional fee!!!!!! I spent over $250 at that store yesterday and they would rather lose my business than just apologize...

Probably the rudest customer service I have ever experienced! Thank goodness I can go to Nordstoms or the Donain to get Kendra Scott. I will stick to Sweet Love and Sugar Britches. Not one person asked to help me. I think I'll post this on my fanpage as well. Jenniferbrennanofficial! Sorry ladies. You may have cute stuff. But Learn the southern hospitality...... I will not...
