I will start with the positive. They are nice people to begin with, but they’re your average hustlers. The five star rating is questionable and sketchy. I paid $60+ for a screen protector and installation. When I called they failed to mention the $4 service charge for a credit card, and had the audacity to ask for tip?! The screen protector is sub par and installation was to. After asking about smoothing out the air bubbles he mentioned that it would smooth out as I use it - total bs. I’m a professional in life so I will not argue back and forth with unprofessionals. I would recommend taking your new phone to Best Buy for the unlimited warranty and service for screen protectors. It is what it is. I will not return to this shop ever nor will I recommend it to family, friends and strangers. Stop hustling honest people and learn to build your business off of solid credibility from your products...

I would give this 0 stars if I could. ​When I arrived, the store was empty and I was able to walk around alone for several minutes before a staff member appeared. The staff's unprofessional approach to fixing my watch immediately made me hesitate, but I decided to leave it there based on the positive online reviews—a decision I regret. ​My watch's only issue was that the display had detached from the frame. It was otherwise fully functional, with the display in perfect condition. After they "fixed" it, the watch was completely destroyed. The motherboard was ruined, the display no longer responded, and the battery drained extremely fast. They turned a working watch into garbage.
