Now 10/10 this place is my go to location for panda. Is convenient and usually fresh. So picking up dinner for myself and daughter is easy and fast and usually I don’t complain. Even if the employees there have an attitude and clearly having a bad day. I’m not there to make it worse. But today? I walked out feeling like I inconvenienced the cashier, Sasha. The two other employees who helped me were friendly and nice and it was a fast process. No issues at all! But then. Sasha. I thought she was just having a bad day. So I ignored her tone and attitude. But as soon as I turned around she immediately helped the next customer but her entire tone and attitude changed. It was like listening to a different person. No. This cashier personally didn’t like me and what I thought was her having a bad day? Nope. I barely finished answering any questions she asked before she cut me off every single time. Mind you it’s like 4-5 questions they ask you at the end, and I was cut off every single time I answered her. Her attitude and her tone was a “hurry and gtfo”. And I had asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces, because I always do for my daughters meal, and she only gave me 1. While that may not be a big deal, it is to a kid who is very picky about her food. Which is why I always ask for 2. I don’t know what I did to Sasha other than exist, but ma’am. If you don’t want to deal with people, don’t work in the service industry. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t do anything or say anything at all, I am one to mind my own business because I can understand people having a bad day but making it obvious that you dislike me personally? I had to look at my receipt to figure out your name. I am a stranger to you and vice versa. Do better or figure out how to fake it. Customers aren’t always right but neither are employees who...
Read moreAlways a fan of Panda Express. I am a bit picky though - if I do not see a fresh bowl of something, I will not order it as I have no idea how long it was out for under those lamps.
This time I tried the 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 power greens with 2 entrees and my husband thought he could eat 3 entrees. The staff member who put together our plates hooked us up, I mean he literally piled it on our plates that as I looked in shock to see if my husband was ACTUALLY going to get 3 entrees, his eyes were bigger than mine. Needless to say - he did not get 3 but stuck with 2 like me. On to the food!
I usually get the noodles and veggies, first time I tried the rice. Probably my least item here at this location - the fried rice was just bland - had a lot of bland fried rice. I absolutely love that they have Power Greens, not just broccoli. It consists of broccoli, kale, and cabbage if I remember correctly and it tasted fresh and was the perfect texture - not under cooked and not over cooked.
My go to for an entree is usually the Chicken and Mushrooms, it was delicious - hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken with it and as the chicken and mushrooms - hot, fresh and tasty.
Hubby had the Shanghai Angus Steak which he loved and the Chicken and Mushrooms which like me, he tends to order regularly.
The Hubby ate all of his but I couldn't even eat half, all good though cause I enjoyed it the next day too. :)
Good Customer Service, clean restaurant, delicious hot and fresh food. We...
Read moreWorst customer service experience ever. I was prompted to wait 5 minutes for my food and told to "come back", granted they have parking spots for guest to wait and employees run the food out. After going back in the drive-thru I get greeted with hostily from the cashier demanding a code without even asking how she can help me or what my business was. I politely told her once that I don't have a code and without a chance to explain I was interrupted by the young lady stating she can't give me any food unless I had a code. She then proceeds to walk away saying "I'm not dealing with this under her breath". The "manager" then steps up with the food after realizing their mistake. I request for a FULL REFUND and she asks "why?" As if dumb founded why someone would request that. She states that "company policy states they don't do refunds". To the two ladies who I interacted on 1/10/22 at 8:25pm you are the prime example as to why companies lose business for your lack of customer service and inability to perform your job, when there's more science to cleaning a toilet than operating a cash register but your incompetence to perform your job and lazy, disrespectful attitude is why guest don't return and your store has a 3.4 star rating and quickly dwindling. Avoid this store at all cost and go to the chick-fil-a next door, even mcdonals offers better service. To the GM, Reginal partner or corporate - evaluate thoroughly the...
