We never made it to the food part because service alone was enough for us to walk out. Seated at the outdoor dining we were a family of 8. We sat for maybe a good five minutes before I went back to the hostess stand to inform her our server has yet to come. After speaking with the hostess our server finally walks up. Her demeanor and attitude was very poor not apologetics for the wait. But has the audacity to tell us she will give us a few more minutes to look at the menu (mind you the entire time we were waiting for our server we had already looked at the menu and determined what we wanted) that’s how long we waited. I told her we are ready to order as we have been waiting. With two young ones it’s easier to get their food order in quickly rather than wait. Our server “amber” proceeds to roll her eyes and very passive aggressive says ok what do you want. Proceeds to have an Attitude mind you never asked for our drink order as well as never starts writing our order either. Gets to my husband and he requests chicken tender for our boys she then asks what sauce but not nicely almost like in a tone of pure annoyance. Which at this point my husband is done with this girl. She demonstrates what sauce by tapping on our table in switch my husband responds “no shit” and then I step in and ask if she is a having a bad day. At this point I recommend to my family we take our business elsewhere amber never once felt apologetic. We walk out but I request to speak to the manager to inform him of his worker. Sam is the manager on duty. During my conversation with Sam amber approaches our conversation and I inform her she does not to be here and she needs to walk away. Never in my life have I seen this service before.sam is apologetic and is offering a free appetizer as Sam leaves to get the cards I am standing at the stand waiting for his return in which amber approaches again and tells the hostess she can be seated again at the table she neglected the first time. I stated I wouldn’t seat her she wants to give terrible customer service I wouldn’t seat her talking to the hostess. In which amber comes back to the stand and approaches me . This could have gone very differently if I lacked self control. Having a stand of all the servers approaching it because amber is causing a scene in which another service stepped in between us I informed her I am waiting for the manager and she had no business there. The hostess witnessed everything’. Long story short amber is very unprofessional lacks customer service and situational awareness. She believes she can talk to customers however and it’s ok we were a family eight who just wanted to eat and watch the game but thanks to amber that didn’t happen. If I was the manager on duty if she wanted to jeopardize the reputation of my company then I would cut her for the night and inform her those actions aren’t tolerated. I will be taking this higher as this individual is in the wrong...
Read moreI went on Tuesday Jun 24th by myself. Worst twin peaks i have ever been to. I am a fan of twin peaks and have been for years visiting the other location in south austin, other locations in texas, and locations in Georgia and Arizona. Has always been one of my go to's for wings and really cold beer. I work in the service industry and am a chef so some things really rub me the wrong way when guests are paying for sub par service. Walked in to the bar the bartender never even said their name or the other bartenders name. I place my drink order and then later place my food order. Never offered water which has usually been customary at other twin peaks locations I have been to. I noticed the food was taking a while so I asked the shorter bartender whose name started with a T if she knows what's going on with my food. She replied with "oh they are probably making it" very coldly. Meanwhile im thinking im asking for a reason mam. It was a slower night the bar was the only part of the restaurant that was full and I've also made wings and fries plenty of times so I understand ticket times and how long it takes to make these items. She never checked on my order and never got back to me about it. It eventually arrived and the half of my wings that were teriyaki were not hot. Warm but not hot and some of them looked like they were fried earlier and then redropped in the oil to heat back up again, so they were a bit dryer and in turn smaller than the rest. Im pretty my order either sat in the window for a while or was forgotten for a bit in one of the sauce bowls then later plated. My fries that I ordered were also forgotten. When the fries did come out they were piping hot which was great. The only part of my meal that was hot. Neither bartender ever asked how everything was which is customary. They mostly spent time talking to each other and ignoring guests/ guest interactions. Terrible experience and worst twin peaks i have experienced. I love twin peaks but this...
Read moreIf you’re looking for an unforgettable night out you have to experience Rachelle and Bella behind the bar. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was electric not just because of the venue but because of the energy these two bring. They’re not just bartenders. They’re the life of the party the heartbeat of the bar and honestly the reason I’ll be coming back.
Let’s start with the service. Lightning fast. Whether the bar was packed or not Rachelle and Bella never missed a beat. You could blink and your drink was ready perfectly mixed and exactly how you wanted it. No attitude no hesitation just smooth efficient friendly service that made everyone at the bar feel like a VIP.
Now let’s talk about vibes. These two absolutely crushed it. The chemistry between them is unreal. They’re a dynamic duo bouncing off each other’s energy cracking jokes dancing behind the bar hyping up the crowd. It was like watching a perfectly choreographed show only with cocktails flying and music pumping in the background. They kept the entire place buzzing.
And yes let’s be real they’re stunning. Rachelle and Bella both have that kind of effortless beauty and charm that lights up the room. But it’s not just about looks. It’s the confidence the charisma the way they make you feel welcome and seen. Whether it was your first drink or your fourth they greeted everyone with genuine smiles and contagious energy.
The vibe they created behind that bar was unforgettable. Flirty fun high energy but still professional and totally in control. You could tell they loved what they do and that passion translated into the overall experience. It wasn’t just drinks and loud music. It was a show a party and a great memory all wrapped in one.
Hands down Rachelle and Bella are some of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. If you’re lucky enough to catch them behind the bar together buckle up. It’s going to be a...
