I've come here 2 times and the second time of coming; the experience from our waiter (Ronne) was awesome! Until the manager (Janelly) came over to our table just be rude to our waiter! Just to tell her that she should know the rules and that there's no way the food sides we order can not be made because it's apart of a lunch special and that it's too late to put the side orders in anyways because it's 9:51pm! She did not care at all how she said it in front of us while sitting at the table with a nasty tone... We did not like how she handled that situation In front of us and then she goes to the back talking all loud in the kitchen and then starts speaking Spanish with a angry tone... She also mentioned that she does not care because she's getting ready to leave the company anyways.. She shall def be fired ASAP before she walks foot into this establishment again. We felt so bad for our waiter (Ronne) because she really was trying to her best to get our order done correctly until the Hispanic woman Janelly came and intrude on her wonderful customer service.. Today I will be calling to speak with the manager over her because this was not acceptable at all. Thanks Ms. Ronne for your wonderful service and trying your best to get our food done right. Read moreThis was my first experience at the restaurant and was underwhelmed to say the least. The entrance was very nice and inviting. A family member who has been previously recommended the place, so hopes were high. The waitress and hostess were nice enough. The waitress was kind, but personally she presented herself in a salesperson kind of way. The problem arose when the food was delivered to us. One of the attendees ordered the blackened catfish and shrimp. The meat was not seasoned nor grilled enough to even be considered that. In hopes that it could be corrected it was sent back. Unfortunately, she returned with the same plate and communication from the manager that there was essentially nothing they would do. In an attempt to salvage the experience she talked up many different menu options. The guest had dietary restrictions and could not eat the any of the suggested meals. The restaurant itself appeared to be clean, but when seated there were an unusual amount of bugs. That is always a factor anywhere, but this was out of the ordinary to see so many in a dining booth. Overall nice appearance, but lacking in what is typical in managerial service and thorough cleanliness. Read moreThis is my third review. My husband and I have visited this restaurant every week since they opened. We usually sit at the bar and Jay is usually our bartender. He is wonderful always full of suggestions and his service goes above and beyond. Our problem has and still continues to be the kitchen. The food takes entirely too long to come out. On our recent visit we were there for wing night. Got there at approximately 8:15. At 8:45 we were told they only had 15 of the 20 wings we ordered. Mind you it’s wing night. So we made do and ordered something else. We ALWAYS order our wings without batter or flower...just put it in the fryer...Simple right? Not so!!! Two weeks in a row they put batter on them. So it took them 20 more minutes to tell Jay that they messed up again! Last week at least they had wings to do over...not so this week so we had to place a completely different order. We spent two hours there! The management did pay for our meal but think of all the money they are losing because of the poor kitchen staff? We were not the only guests complaining about the time it took to get their food. The icing on the cake was having to use the rest room and there being no toilet paper.
