I had the pleasure of placing a phone order today with Ana for some Tom ford products and she was very helpful and patient. I’ve ordered before from other cosmetic company stores and the sales reps are always either rude or very impatient and act like you owe them money or something but working with Ana was very smooth and I sensed great leadership qualities and and a kind humble person that genuinely loves her job and helping people. ! This company needs more sales associates like her and maybe should even promote her to a corporate managerial position so others can learn from her and follow her lead! I showed them my messages from the bank. Showing that the card money is deducted, I also called my bank call centre the call centre person Confirmed that the money was transferred to Cosmetics. I requested them a lot and I mentioned to them that the money has been deducted manager of the store called someone and again mentioned that the money is refunded to me and I should be getting it soon. Read moreI had the worst customer service I have ever received since arriving in the US. The attendant Scheherazarde was rude to me, pressuring me to buy a product that was not the same as the tester.
I bought it, but I went back to buy more products and show her that it wasn't the same product. Again, she was rude, and even touched me, holding my wrists, when I took out my cell phone to take a picture of her name.
Also, she didn't finalize my purchase and said she would call security because I didn't pay for the product I was taking.
