Banana Republic Factory Store — Local services in Round Rock

Christina (not sure if she gave the right name but wears glasses) who said that she was the manager of the store (Cashier #3462736) working on Tuesday, May 21 during the evening shift was absolutely terrible. Very very rude. When we were shopping and looking at different sizes, she comes to us aggressively and asks "Are you buying that or not". When we said probably not, she mumbles and walks away. When we were standing in line to checkout, she didnt call us indicating that she was ready. She just stared at us assuming we should come forward. At the time of checkout, she was mumbling something and when I asked who the manager is, she goes "I am". If you do not want to deal with customers, you should not work in customer service. I am reading other comments about this person and a lot of people seem to have complained about her). Banana Republic, please find ways to coach this...

So I bought a coat from this location about a few months ago. I wore it a few times but realized, today, that 4 buttons were missing. So I called the number on their website and for some reason they said that I should try talking to the store manager because they couldn't help me. I call the Banana Republic at the Round Rock location and ask to speak to the store manager. I explained what happened and she said she would call corporate to see if they could help me out. It's sounds a little stupid but I didn't pay for this coat to lose 4 buttons and never wear it again. I just thought I'd share how Debbie, the store manager, helped so much. I can't say that she can get a hold of these buttons but I like how she tried. Great customer service~!!!...

Anna provided amazing customer service this past week! I was on a desperate hunt for the perfect pair of trousers and came straight to this store first to find them. Of course every size was in stock but my size. Anna was so attentive, I actually asked if there might be any backstock. She did a relentless search, even checking stock in other stores. At first, she couldn’t find any, but not giving up, he eventually turned up a single pair of the exact trouser that I wanted, in my size. I was elated. She was so friendly and helpful, and finding exactly what I needed For an upcoming event was monumental to me. I will absolutely be back....
