Have purchased several items for my wife here as she likes the brand. I purchased a purse and wallet as a gift, she likes the purse but thought the wallet was too big for it (I asked the associate what size would be right for this size purse and she suggested it). Took it back to exchange and they said they can’t as the return window is 30 days and it was day 35. Wallet is unused with tags on and only wanted to swap it for the same price item. They were very firm that this can’t be done, asked if a manager could approve it and received the token “I am the manager” response. I asked if there’s anyone at a regional level or corporate who can approve it and they smirked and said no as if it’s a ridiculous question.
I’ve spent a lot of money at this store for gifts, knowing now that they can’t be even exchanged unless you by a gift the day of and how they view their customers it will be the last item I buy...

So when I tried to return it, they said it was a used wallet and could not take it back. The girl kept pointing to the stitching and saying “See how it’s got a smudge on it?” I couldn’t see anything. But she refused to take it back. The manager was standing a few feet behind me and came over. I asked her for help and she said she could see scratches on it. So no refund. I still can’t find any of the defects or damage they were telling me. I showed it to my wife when I got home, and she couldn’t see any scratches, smudges, or signs of use either. All three workers were chatting and were completely nonchalant to greet or help us. This was around 2:50 pm today. It was very unprofessional how they were ignoring us so I made it a point to let them know that this was wrong. As someone who has worked in retail for 15+ years, I know the bare minimum customer service is to greet the customers. Even after pointing out their lack of professionalism, the girls ignored it completely.
