My family has generally had a good experience at this Polo Ralph Lauren but after the last experience with an extremely rude female employee named Nellie (unsure about the spelling), I am not sure we will be returning. This is unfortunate as most of the employees we have ever encountered have always been extremely kind and helpful.
My mom was trying to by some clothes for herself and at the checkout counter, this rude employee told her she could not purchase all the items. She was extremely dismissive, curt, and offered limited explanation as to why we were not allowed to purchase the items. This was a first time for my mom who shops at Ralph Lauren frequently, so it certainly caught her off guard. The rude employee spoke with extreme authority like she ran the place, and acted as if we were doing something wrong intentionally; when in fact, we were unaware of the policies in place. Some courtesy in the interaction could have gone a long way for her.
Since speaking with a supervisor after the awful interaction with said employee, we now understand the policies and understand that the store has all the rights to place such policies. Thankful for the supervisor for explaining to us nicely. This was the tone of the conversation that needed to be had with the initial employee. I hope she gets some training on how to interact with customers or maybe she stays...

I tried to exchange a shirt to bigger size, and the stuff told me yes and asked me to find the same one. I found the same one, but, they said no and I am only allowed to exchange to boys size. So again, I found the boys size, and they said no again and I am only allowed to exchange to infant. OK, I asked them do you have infant shirt which is bigger than 9 month? They said no, we don’t have it. And sine they don’t carry it, there is nothing they can do.
Now I spend 30 minutes in the store, asked to looking for the stuff they know they don’t have! Which they could easily check their inventory or asked an associate to help me. But none of that happened. At the end, the store manager Leslie (I think that is her name) give me a lukewarm smile and said “sorry”.
Btw, and store ambassador asked me why I don’t know my baby’s size. I told her sometime the baby’s cloth size is always not accurate, for example some 9 month old babies could potentially wear 12 month cloth. And she said, “maybe your baby born 12 month”. That’s unacceptable...

We shopped here the weekend before July 4, 2018. We were told by African american female employee work there about the kid t-shirt were on sale and there were NOT on sale at the check out (after I reviewed and check my receipt). I, then went back to the same employee that check us out asked the Asian female manager that she told us about the sale price (even the sale sign was still at the t-shirt table).
Even it is just about $5usd in different for each t-shirt, but the BAD practice here showed on the employee and the manager attitude at the check out.
I told the manager that they should take the sign away and don’t miss inform customers and make them think that is the sale items.
My final advise is DO NOT DOING BUSINESS here because it is not a mistake but their attitude showed that they are intentionally to reap off buyers.
My family and I will never again buy from here unless re-train their employee and manager. Corporate should look into this matter seriously. This is a...
