I recently stopped into this store with a friend to browse the Pokémon singles and other things and found the store to be clean and well organized with a variety of video game and Anime-based merchandise, and a lot of plushes.

I bought a few small things and had a lengthy, pleasant conversation with the employees about music and retro games. The employees there, in my opinion, were the highlight!

The single cards were priced a bit on the high side, but not egregiously so from what I saw. If I were to offer some constructive criticism for the store owner, I would recommend re-pricing the $2 cards in the case (which there were a lot of) to $1 or create a $1 binder to save space in the showcase for more expensive/rare items. Many of those $2 cards can be had fairly easily in the 50 cent to $1 range, and I think pricing them at $1 would help them move more quickly. Even doing a buy one, get one on those lower priced cards could help them sell, especially since many have rotated out of...

TERRIBLE SERVICE the moment I entered the store with my dog the dumb employee immediately started yelling “OMG DID HE JUST PEE ON THE MERCHANDISE” which didn’t really make any sense because he didn’t do anything and we just entered I immediately asked “where?” And she just kept yelling that and freaking out even though there was nothing there. She just kept wiping the glass. The employee just wouldn’t answer any of my questions she just kept wiping the glass and repeating the same line. And even if he did pee which I know he didn’t because I held him right after we entered everything was covered in glass. Terrible service the employee freaked out of nowhere and would just ignore us. I urge you to look elsewhere for another store. There are so many better places to go to for anime...

They have a good selection of Items and a wide rage of DVDs and old school video games. The Staff at this place is a different story most of them look like they don't care or have not clue about anything that's in the store. I went in to look for a gift for my nephew and pretty much had to explain everything to the employee. I'm not asking for the staff to know the inside and out of every item but what is the point of staff if you pretty much have to just help yourself? Packs and cards are a bit over priced compared to other shops too and they are constantly changing the prices. Packs that were once $3.99 USD will be $5.99 a week later.
