The Peace Cloud Vapor — Attraction in Rowlett

i have many things to say about this establishment, first off the last 2 times ive been in there they have given the the wrong coils.and argue that they are the right ones when i bring it to their attention that this is not what they say it is. granted one time i didnt look and them but i assume the are the right ones because for one they work there and should be knowledgeable of their products for two they gave me the coils in the right package but the ones inside were not as the package described. they are not knowledgeable on any of the vapor products they carry, they arent very friendly when you are a new customer. every time i have a question about something i get an answer like idk or i guess. i have seen them give their friends free juices before right in front of the customers that are about to spend money in there, saying dont tell anyone i gave you that. ive seen them give batteries away for free with the purchase of a 50 dollar mod right in front of me. but when me and my gf both purchased a mod from there spending over 250 including two mods and a couple bottles of juice and extra coils. i asked if i could get the batteries thrown in for free they said no we cant do that. even though i saw them do it right in front of me not even 15 minutes before i checked out. when they were hiring i walked in and asked right after they posted on fb if they were hiring i was told no they had hired someone so i sent my gf inside to ask just because the answer i got was a little suspicious and what do you know they told her yeah they were hiring. they are blatantly only trying to hire women which is whatever i guess but the fact that they would hire someone who knows nothing about vaping before someone who is more knowledgeable that all their employees combined is just ridiculous. they should stick to just being a head shop if they want to hire people who dont vape! which brings me to another more serious complaint, ive seen quite a few times people hanging out in their cars smoking weed then going in to hangout with their friend that works there. it is ridiculous these people are the reason people associate vaping with weed smoking. granted i have nothing against the use of marijuana but you shouldnt be smoking in your car right outside the damn building and the employee should be telling her friends that isnt acceptable especially since there is a children's learning center just 2 doors down! overall i would not recommend anyone come here if you have the option i would avoid this place, there are more helpful and knowledgeable...

I went into this shop because frankly it was open and I needed juice. I am loyal, almost to a fault at times... I have gone to ONE shop mostly unless it's something like this, a convience thing....

Long story short, I as absolutely blow the ** away. I am not easily swayed so at first I just kinda shrugged thinking okay it could be decent, but that would never be a word i would now use to describe this shop or the worker who was there that day, AJ.

I am not the easiest person to please and definitely picky about....we'll everything. I spend a lot of money on my mods and I want the juice to be full flavored. I'm also very indecisive and do not like change.....

Walking in I thought I was going to a place to get something I had to have and picked the best open I had available as far as time, distance and just guessing on which shop to pick.....how else do you go about it when you've gone to the same place for over...wow...5yrs? I want to say longer but don't want to exaggerate anything.

AJ not only made my skeptical attitude completely drop but he offered a flavor I never thought I would like and I bought it, even when it didn't come in my level on nicotine.....I liked it that much. He did the same with the house juice and I picked the other with a lot of trial and error..

AJ also blew my mind and helped me tremendously with the cbd. AJ somehow turned an experience I was not looking forward to into one that I have told countless others of.....

I'm sorry I didn't write this sooner, I hate that we tend to give negative feedback right away even if it takes time we don't feel we have but never then never do we go to the same with the positive.

AJ keep it up, you're an asset to that company and I know you will go far. The way you handled the customers was expempliary and I truly appreciated the help, knowledge, my purchases of course :) and you.

Btw, to the store manager or owner you got a great catch!! I would say watch out because someone might try and steal him but he seems so passionate and I already asked and he says he loves it there and it working elsewhere too and it was his first week and you could just feel the energy and awesome vibes in the store.

First off im nearly positive they sell to underage kids, when i went in the other day there were so many children that looked not any older than 6 but not a single one was checked to see if they were of age. This shop is Full of employees who have no idea what they are talking about. their house Juice is garbage and when you ask for an honest opinion on them the owner/employees will all tell you they are the best flavors. when in actuality they are FAR from good. their mods and kits are some of the most over priced vapor devices ive ever seen. heck you can go down the street and the shop down there has almost everything at half the price as the peace cloud. every single girl that works there has no idea what they are talking about when it comes to any of the devices in the building. It seems the owner only hires girls who she is friends with or something because there are so many girls that work there but yet have zero knowledge on anything in the store. They will do anything in their power to sell you something. i spent over 200+ in one visit and was lied to about so many things the house juices were some of the worst tasting things ive ever had. i HIGHLY recommend you do not go here. there are more knowledgeable stores in the area. that will actually educate you and give you honest opinions on any device or...
