Timberlake Shopping Center — Attraction in Rowlett

Jose has been working here for years, he opens the store by himself every morning. He's always doing something if he's not waiting on a customer he's cleaning or restocking the meat and vegetables or cooking the bread or the cookies. I go here every other week because I love Subway, I will continue to go here as long as I can. They need to change the store hours because on the sign outside it says 9:00 and they don't open till 10: 00. There's an older lady that came up to the door and she looked at the sign, it was 15 minutes till 10:00. She was really mad I told Jose he needs to talk to his manager and tell him to change that sign because it says they open at 9:00...

The dessert was very good and creamy tres leches. The waitress was very good. The caldo didn't have much in it. Maybe I came on a bad day. The flavor was unflavorful and it was almost like I just got a bowl of water. The other foods looked really good but I didn't try them. I'm going to give it another chance when I'm in the area. And maybe I will try the caldo again to see if they add more meat and veggies instead of stock. Go ahead and try it and see...

Well there's an Aldi, Harbor Freight, Cici's and a pretty good Chinese restaurant called Shiny Wok. I have had better but its convenient for Rowlett. I wish that they would stay on their game and be consistent with changing the grease at least more often. They are a 5 out of 10, and it wouldn't take much to raise that to a 9...
