Where do I start? The moment I walked into their door, I was treated with nothing but respect. They listened to my problem which was an old watch that my children brought me along time ago. I couldn’t get it to fit. It needed a new band, and I was asked to leave it with them and they were going to call manufacturer and see what they could do as far as getting new links. Excellent service! My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I just got engaged on Sunday. While the custom band wasn’t ready in time for the proposal, they did let my fiancé borrow a ring to use to propose to me with. The custom band came in on Tuesday and we thought it was a perfect fit (and at the time it was). I had to get it resized just today because it was definitely loose to the point of falling off which is probably due to the fact I have been losing weight.
