Shoutout to Nikki and the super sweet guy working that night which was this past Monday. I'm so sorry me and my son Draven forgot your name. This place hands down is the best place in Russellville Arkansas. The staff there are wonderful. Everytime me and Draven go in there it's so welcoming. They have all kinds of stuff from your smoke witch crystal tarot cards jewelry candles tapestries anything and everything just a wonderful atmosphere. If you haven't been there you definitely need to check them out! ☪ 💛

Update! Me and my daughter went in there yesterday 12/9/23 since they moved into the new location and I'll just say WE WON'T EVER GO BACK. The new owners I guess we're rude not welcoming at all. No hi how are you none of that. It's located in a plant house. There's no dripping candles giant lava lamp none of that. Selection of the "witchy" is a joke the music was so loud. Just horrible. The only thing we got as we were leaving is thanks for stopping by. Horrible customer service. Place deserves maybe a 1 because of the fish. Old place and old owners so much better actually cared about the customers....

If I was rating the plants alone, gee wiz…. 10/10 stars. I’ve gone back and forth in regard to four or five star. I am giving it a five because they did not mislead and say they had more inventory than they did. The curator has done a fantastic job taking care of all the tropical plants. She has quite the moss thumb. There was someone below whom dashed at her personality but I truly feel that lady was clueless…of course the shop manager would need to jump on it and get a minor out of the smoke shop….its not lawful to permit under 21. They could loose their license otherwise. Aside from that nasty review, I see nothing problematic with this shop other than I don’t get to live there lol. I wish there were more items for sale on the oddities side but all in all, we were very happy to use it as a leg stretch on the way to NOLA. We bought a shop sticker and this fantastic limited run snail art piece. Reasonably priced...

I used to really love visiting this place when I visit Arkansas, which is only once or twice a year. However the last time I visited the store I was not impressed with the level of customer service, my 17 year old daughter and I stopped in, this being her first time in the store. She didn’t see the “21 and older” sign for the smoke area and went back there and the lady behind the counter yelled at her, that she could not be back the, when we both apologized she said absolutely nothing and gave us both a look that told us we were clearly no longer welcome. Unlikely that I will be visiting this store again in the future, unfortunately.
