Louisiana Tech University — Attraction in Ruston

I cannot say enough great things about Louisiana Tech University. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs as a student are met. They have so many resources on campus to make sure you’re set up for success. Financially they have so many scholarship and other payment opportunities that I feel like a lot of school don’t give. I was able to get scholarships and grants and it really helped me afford college. No only that, but I also felt valued and I felt I got the value of education for what I paid for. Its is a pretty good school. And for a public university, it provides quality teaching and essential comfortable environment for learning. Having said that, I disagree with an earlier post that it would be a "top 5 school in country". Its a good university with strong background in teaching quality. But lets not get ahead of ourselves. It is no where near being an elite institution. It manages to occasionally be in the top 100 of schools in the U.S. so it has decent quality, but that's all. Their are other institutions that have better stats and better programs.
