Smoothie King — Restaurant in Ruston

It was our first time there and we drove there all the way from El Dorado AR so we took a min to look at the menu but the guy at the counter just kept rolling his eyes and hupphin and puffing didn't ask if we needed help or explain anything to us then finally when we ordered they were throwing stuff around in the back like they were mad they had to make our stuff then we ordered one more thing and the girl was very rude slammed the refrigerator slam the things around we asked for something in our smoothie and she didn't put it in there and when I asked her about it she rolled her eyes threw some more stuff around and remade it.. the customer service sucks the food was great but the employees were very rude and for a first time customer u would think they would try to be helpful but then the next couple after us her whole attitude was different asking if she could explain anything to them so why did we not get the same service?? I would like to come back but after being treated like that makes me never want to!! I have never been treated so rude especially as a first time customer that knew nothing about...

I just went in their store to get a smoothie because the line was wrapped around the building and they never acknowledged me even standing there for 20 mins. The guys taking the order we’re African American and as soon as a African American woman came In they perked up and took her order before taking mine. While standing a listening the girl at the window asked one of her fine co-workers if whatever he made was made with the correct bowl and he said no. She asked if she should give the smoothie to the person in the car line and he told her she should. She gave whoever just paid $12 for a smoothie what they didn’t pay for. I don’t write reviews but that place is a joke. The last two times I’ve been there their smoothies didn’t taste like they have...

Ordered a 44oz., and took a few sips, as I waited on my Mother to receive her smoothie. On my last sip I felt a not-so-normal consistency in my smoothie, as I whirled my tongue around and captured a transparent piece of something the size of my pointer fingernail. I simply threw it in trash and thought I would take a few more sips and the same thing happened. I immediately went back up to the beverage receiving end and told the employees of this mishaps and the manager offered to remake it. She remade and rendered me free future items for my troubles. The young manager was sweet and direct. You could tell she was definitely all about the customer. Things happen and diligent precautions prevents negligent...
