Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Ruston

I “strongly dislike” the on campus Chick-fil-A. This is probably the 4th time it’s been absolutely disappointing. Almost $10 for cold egg and room temperature chicken and they even forgot my extra egg topping. So I went to the counter and they put an actual “CUBE” of egg in a box (also cold). This place is absolutely horrible, and it's not like any ChikFilA you're used to. The service is typically slow on a normal day, and the food they give you is usually over cooked. I've about had it when I ordered this morning and paid 15 dollars for a 10pc chicken mini combo to only receive 4 burnt ones. Don't bother selecting any add ons for extra money, they wont add any of it, much less even give you sauce you select. Horrible experience multiple times...

This is NOT a real chick fil a. This is the on campus one run by Aramark. They don't take gift cards, don't give rewards points, the food is sub par and 20% more than a real chick fil a, and the staff can be extremely rude. The manager in particular will make you come back to the register and pay for a 12 cent ketchup packet when the cashier forgot...
