Pretty run down in many areas but adequate as long as you do not need any restroom facilities. The park is fenced in along most areas of green space that are right along busy Auburn boulevard. Near the baseball diamond (which is in rough shape), you will find the jungle gym and playground equipment. I would reconsider taking children here with any breathing problems during peak traffic times as the exhaust from cars slowly passing by could possibly be problematic for sensitive ones who struggle getting their lungs filled with air. The parking lot that is accessible is very small; the larger parking lot is in really bad shape and is no longer made accessible to visitors of the park.
I did notice that this parking lot does have a very high amount of cruising that goes on both in the parking lot and also off of the trails between the parking lot and creek. Cruising seems to occur at all the morning, afternoon, and early evening hours that the park is open. Read moreFolks I'm gonna keep it real with y'all it's not the best place for kids or dogs for that matter because the run down ball fields & every other inch of grass areas has fix tails do not take them lightly your dog will be in pain Depending on where they get it mine got one in his eye cost 600 bucks to get a vet to remove it & his eye leaked blood red whenever he sweat for almost a year.The playground is fine but it's a bit close to the road and the gay Cruise going on in the bushes.Odviously nobody's kids are gonna be wondering around alone on those trails so if you see a tent it's not a homeless camp it's a pop up hump station so keep your children where the playground is is a good 200yards away from the beautiful sleezy bridal trail take it from me I found out the old fashion way while walking my dog needless to say I thought that man was trying to choke his little friend with a sausage but it wasn't a sausage it was a banana jamma facts courtesy of your most loyal to the cause 100 truth allday...

Furthermore , it was a very pleasing eye catching park with no crime back in the good old days the park seen solid good family times watching baseball games or having a nice picnic on the other side of the park from verious schools in the area . Del Pass park is suppose to be a habitate for wildlife however due to the construction to seal off a public domain from the public it is causing the birds to leave the area also due to the restriction and no access to parking because the city locks the park enterance 24 7 vadelism has destroyed a once thiving place for public use ... hard earned tax money squandered...
