Went in the restaurant today and found the establishment to be well maintained, however the ceiling insulation is peeking through the decorative wood shiplap design that hangs right above the guests that are dining in. Secondly I'd like to add the young man running the front counter today (Amarion) I believe was his name was not real enthusiastic, his voice was very low and wasn't a real (people person). He was however very polite but you had to force a word or two out of him. I believe with the right amount of training he'd do just fine. This is my second time returning to this location just to have both days become a poor experience the food is good I can’t complain about that but that attitude when they make a mistake is truly frustrating I ordered a ghost chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and received no bacon or cheese 2nd experience I ordered 3 piece chicken with 3 blackened chicken strips and a large fry I was told to wait for my order which I did once I received it I asked for sauce and told to go through the drive through again to obtain my sauce once I received my sauce I left to get back to work. Arrived at the office just to find out they never gave me my fries I returned to them being baffled why I had returned I told them they never gave me my fries and they said oh okay and gave me a small fry I had to correct then once again saying I paid for a large fry taking back my small fries and had to go look up my order just to make sure I wasn’t lying to them about ordering large fries and finally gave me my missing fries.
