Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

Went in on October 12 at 7 AM went through the drive-through. I told them I want extra cream the first time in the drive thru, they didn’t give it to me. I had to walk back into the store and when I did that and told them I want extra cream they were like oh it’s gonna cost extra that’s fine. I literally just want extra cream. You guys should’ve charged me when I asked for EXTRA CREAM in the drive thru. They made it seem like it was my fault when I told them what I wanted from the gate, the lady was just standing there with such a nasty look on her face. I don’t understand. She must be on her period or something because the whole time she just had this nasty look on her face when she was the one who made the mistake and didn’t make the order correctly. All I wanted was extra cream. How hard is it to do that and if you don’t do it, I’m gonna go back in the store and get it cause I don’t drink my coffee black, should’ve just got a refund. I’m not gonna deal with these childish girls no more these little high school girls they’re grown but they act like they’re in high school with the freaking attitude like they’re on their period. $4.15 for a black coffee and you can’t even get extra cream smh which I have no problem paying extra for But they just don’t...

I was the only customer and it took 5 employee 7 minutes or more to make my black tea. But first the girl find the register told me if I wanted my tea stronger to order it with no water. So being adventurous I ordered my seed with no water and after what seemed to be an absurd amount of time to wait for a black tea send employee from behind the counter Yells Black tea as he put my drink down on the counter and walked away. And of course Mighty does it take any different it doesn't take strong to the book strong it looks the same so I call the Barista back over to me and ask him if he saw that there was no water on my order. He then told me that there was no such thing as a no water order for my drink and I must have been confused. The whole time no one ever apologized for making me wait wait so long for my drink and then screwing up my order. It's not fair that they put the tip jar by the cash register so you have to get them before they form their service and before you receive your beverage so they get their tip even if you're unhappy with the service. Went in ordered two bagels “WITH CREAM CHEESE” and a bacon sandwich with a sriracha packet and noticed they were missing so I headed inside the store and just asked for the sriracha and cream cheese from the manager that greeted me when I entered and immediately I was accused of not have order cream cheese with my bagel and then 1 min of checking their computer before he turns to an employee and tells them to “just give him some cream cheese anyway..” and then he proceeded to tell me he got “a bunch of bagel orders but no cream cheese, I stopped responding because I was done with this conversation and after he hands me the cream cheese and I walk away before he goes “you’re welcome!” And no I wasn’t going to thank him because he was absolutely not helpful and he was rude and gave terrible customer service. After I got to the car my sister who had her receipt went in and after a good few minutes of this 50 year old twink laughing with his 20 year old employees he turned and was shown a receipt with the items we ordered and his employee had to clean up the mess that was his...
