Manager was rude, wouldn't check me in 5 mins early, and refuse to let me use the bathroom in the lobby because it was not for public, even though he could see I had my reservation, then at 3pm he wouldn't check me in because the room was not ready and still kept calling me public so it didn't matter to him that I am disable and that it was their responsibility to have the room ready so he refused to open the bathroom because it was not for public at 3:25pm I asked to see the Hotel manager and he said he was the Hotel manager. The room was dirty the bathtub was filty, the toilet was cleaner but still dirty, both bed covers were dirty so at least the cleaning personnel did change that when I showed them they were soil. I also forgot the charger of my oxygen machine, I call to let them know where I left it to go get it, he said the room was already cleaned and there was nothing, I ask if he would please check and he said there was nothing and hung up, would never ever go back. I specifically asked him if the bathroom was only for employees and he said NO it was for guests too, but not for public, also when he locked the office and went away and voiced my disappointment for not letting me checked out early 5 mins to other guests waiting, a young female guest said that was strange since they have checked her in early on the past up to 20 mins early. And to the owner that replied to my review, I had stayed there before, but the management then provided me with good customer service and the room was not dirty like this last time, my experience went from 10 to 0. I have over 30 years experience in providing excellent customer service, hire me and I would turn all these bad experiences from 0 to 10 instead 🤓

Never again. Cons: Rooms; Half of the items in the first room were broken or missing parts; the microwave had no handle, the desk was missing parts of the veneer, the bedspread had a cigarette burn in it. The second room was only slightly better; the smoke alarm was missing and there were holes in the wall, and the room smell like cigarette smoke. Generally the rooms were dirty and run down. Tenants; Each night there were arguments outside, and on the weekend there were three separate incidents, starting at 4:30 in the morning. I notified the front desk and asked to switch rooms, they said they would be evicting the offending parties, but they were still there. I suspect that the hotel either is accepting vouchers for homeless, or is not charging the $200 deposit that we were charged for damages to the room. If they ever keep the $200 they are not applying it to fixing the rooms. Pros; depending on who you get, the staff was nice and helpful, or placates you with empty promises. Rebekah went well beyond accommodating and understanding, 5 stars for her. Other staff should not say that they are going to take care of the tenants and then not do anything about it. We were there for 4 nights, and ended up leaving after the third to go to another hotel. My one star rating is on the hotel, not the staff. All photos are from the second, "better" room.

I wish I could give it minus 5 stars. It was absolutely a nightmare! They "double sell" their rooms. When I checked in at about 11:30 pm, I was told there is NO room available and my reservation was cancelled by the motel. Can they really do that?! After a long day, so exhausted, a lady by herself in the middle of night, what can I do? I was begging for a room. I called the manager, no help at all. The front desk was very rude. He asked me to leave and go back to the streets immediately! He even called the security, threatening to do it by force. What kind of people do that? I was so scarred and felt my personal safety is at danger. I wanted to call police, but they refused to provide police phone number. Then a gentlemen just happened to check out his room. He decided to leave because his room was in a terrible condition. I did not mind. So I took his room. Please see the attached photo to get a sense of the room condition. The windows are taped by PAPER! The bed sheets are DIRTY with holes, and they do not have any clean sheets for replacement. Also the motel is very close to the major roads. It is very noisy. I barely got any sleep that night. What a nightmare!

I wish I could give it minus 5 stars. It was absolutely a nightmare! They "double sell" their rooms. When I checked in at about 11:30 pm, I was told there is NO room available and my reservation was cancelled by the motel. Can they really do that?! After a long day, so exhausted, a lady by herself in the middle of night, what can I do? I was begging for a room. I called the manager, no help at all. The front desk was very rude. I was so scarred and felt my personal safety is at danger. I wanted to call police, but they refused to provide police phone number. Then a gentlemen just happened to check out his room. He decided to leave because his room was in a terrible condition. I did not mind. So I took his room. Please see the attached photo to get a sense of the room condition. Do not stay at this hotel - any other option is better. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a somewhat friendly receptionist, and given a waver to sign regarding our vehicles and property. The waver stated that the hotel was not responsible for any sort of damages or property loss experienced whilst staying there. Thinking not much of this, we continued with checkout and went up to our room on the second floor. We immediately took note of the poor condition of the rooms, and the overall lack of cleanliness of the amenities. We had just come off a 12-hour drive, so I went into the bathroom to take a shower. Water took nearly 10 minutes of running on hot to warm up to a reasonable temperature, and the drain plug had to be manually held up to drain water or else it would not exude water properly. After leaving the shower, I went outside the hotel room to join my family and viewing a coalition of squad cars making an arrest. Apparently a car thief had been at work, and they had caught them in the act. We went downstairs and asked one of the police officers if this was a safe place, and if we should stay elsewhere. He seemed to do his best not to completely talk the place down, but he very well suggested to stay elsewhere. He said there were many permanent and long terms guests living in the hotel. He stated that robbery, assault, and prostitution were a regular cause in the hotel and surrounding area. We all were hungry so we went to eat while we discussed what we would do. We decided to promptly pack all of our things from the rooms, and find a much more suitable hotel. When we went to the front desk to ask about any sort of partial refund or anything of the sort, we were told their servers were down and to call and speak to the manager in the morning. We were told she would arrive at 10 am. We did so, waiting until the following morning to attempt and call for the manager. At about 10:30 we called and were told to try calling again after noon, as she had not shown up yet. We called later on at about 1 pm, and when asking about any sort of partial refund because we hadn't been in nor used the rooms to an extended amount at all, we were met with a lack of any sort of empathy nor interest from the employee on the other end of the line. We were told that because we were in there for a couple of hours, it was non-refundable. We even stated the police officers present informed us not to stay there, they continued to seem indifferent and inconsiderate. My family and I will never book at a Red Roof Inn again, and hope they properly condemn this location. Absolutely no redeeming qualities to it whatsoever. This is not to mention the constant cigarette and marijuana smells present throughout the entire hotel, and the insanely loud noises coming from...

I wish I could rate Zero, or negative five. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING!! Racist, rude, lying, scamming, and definitely NOT following any sort of cleaning procedure at all. When I checked in there was still lipstick and jizz all over the sheets from the last people using the room. The hotel staff totally knew about it because the bed WAS MADE!!! But the sheets hadn’t been changed. The tub leaked, the light fixture looked like it was five seconds from falling off the wall, there were dirty dishes in the drawers, the floors left the bottoms of my feet black after walking on them, and when I asked for more towels, every single one had black smudges and fingerprints all over them, “clean” sheets were the same case. We saw them spraying everything with Clorox bleach spray in the laundry room so I doubt they wash anything properly. There were bedbugs and a huge bloodstain in the middle of the mattress, I SLEPT IN MY CAR EVERY NIGHT!! I checked out one night early because I couldn’t bear to go back another day. I took the front desk up to the room to see what I meant by how deplorable it was— they agreed and originally returned me my $100 deposit. Then five days later after I complained to corporate and wrote several scathing reviews they changed my file to say that I destroyed the room (even tho prior to my complains I had never been told this) and then charged me that $100 deposit. When I called back to ask why, they told me that magically five days after I left they noticed I destroyed the room so they had to charge me, and if I didn’t understand maybe they should tell me in Spanish (because I have an Hispanic last name). This place’s unprofessional front desk staff has yelled at me, hung up on me, and lied to me, and they’ll do the same to you unless you show up with an hourly need and a drug dependency. DO NOT STAY HERE. Sleep in your car, you’ll be happier than I was because you didn’t have to pay almost...

this place is pretty cool. If you actually end up having a voucher here, they give you a really big white refrigerator and they actually give you a dress for themselves if you don’t have one at the time. The owner here himself is awesome. Very nice guy. He always tells my husband or myself how much he appreciates us and how much he loves us. He a while ago long time ago told me that me and my husband are his favorite people because we don’t give him any problems we don’t cause fights We stick to ourselves. The only time we really go up to him as if we have a problem with someone or something instead of handling the problem ourselves we go to the owner and he handles it very well. He tells people to leave us alone and stop bugging us. He’s a great and then there is manual now that dude is amazing. I have noticed whenever someone is sad down or upset or even depressed. He will make funny crack jokes just to cheer them up and make them feel better and then all of a sudden you forget all about your problems. he is very silly and loves to make people laugh. then theres jay. she is very sweet, caring and kind. she has a smile that just brightens up a room. she has a very beautiful heart and will do anything to make sure that you’re safe. so all the staff here are pretty darn awesome oh and the mades here are super friendly. i love talking to the maids here. i have a few faveite maids here. but they’re all pretty sweet and kind. so if you want a place that has really good AC or heating this is the place to be at. if you want friendly people this is the place to be at. if you want to feel at home this most definitely is the place to be at. over all its a great place to be at. if i could id give this place one million trillion stars⭐️ thanks again for a great stay...
