Bulk Food Marketplace — Attraction in Saint Clair Shores

This place has the absolute worst service I have ever seen from a business. I would recommend nobody to go here. They could care less about their customers leaving them with horrible experiences. Their products are inefficient as well. You should really double check your "bulk" of all that "healthy" food and assure yourself that there is no unexpected hidden insects in your product. Spent lots of money here, was in here twice in once day (a loyal customer) I was told by one manager the owner would be in later so I then returned to have a word with them as the other manager that had just came in to start the new shift had started swearing out of anger, threatening and causing a scene calling their customer a liar and telling them to leave. That unprofessional in every way shape and form in running a successful business. This area is known for good customer service and good people it is sad some people just have no management skill or customer service what so ever. Bulk Food Marketplace you have lost a very loyal customer along with everyone I've ever recommended their and I really hope everyone takes a 2nd thought before ever buying any products from this business...

There are two of these places that I know of . This one on Harper, in St Clair Shores , and the one over on Garfield near 17 Mile Road in Clinton Township . They both have hundreds , and hundreds of different products that you can buy by the ounce , or the pound . Just as a for instance , if you like snack foods , they have a whole aisle of different chips , and crackers , and mixes . If you're a candy fan , they have several aisles of different candies that you can buy just the amount you want . For instance , you can buy one flavor or color of Jelly Belly jelly beans . You can buy one color of M&M's . They also have generic products too, that don't cost quite as much . They have grains , and spices , and herbs . They have soup mixes , and pancake mixes , Etc . . I couldn't even possibly tell you all the categories of foods that they have , much less all the different foods . I love both...

When I walked in I was very surprised of the amount of product that they have to be able to get all I my favorite nuts Brazil nuts almonds cashews pistachios even peanuts with no sort this is the perfect place to go I also found some fresh lemon pepper and I love lemon pepper with some baked tilapia it was also a whole bunch of fresh ground spices they even head coffee of different flavors I'm not a coffee person but I'm pretty sure somebody out there that like coffee and they have a wonderful selection of candy in to my surprise the first place I seen with a Jelly Belly selection also what's multiple varieties of flour they also have candy decorations in a different color sprinkles of sugar and they also have bag-in-box teas and the customer service was excellent and you can also make up me trail mix with those fresh ingredients well I was just so excited and I will...
