So I work for a woman running errands for her. She asked me to go to KFC with 3 coupons and get her 2 buckets and a tender meal- got the buckets but not the tender meal-. Boss calls cussing me out so I return the next say to redeem the meal receipt in hand plus another order of 2 more meals. So first time I did drive thru- the order took 20 mins I had to pull ahead. So I waited they bring it out STILL MISSING A MEAL. Like dude you have 20 mins to look at the order while whatever was heating really no excuse s for why the order cane out wrong. So the next day I return coupons and receipts in hand. I ask for the manager the employee seems resistant to get them and insists she can help. So I explain everything she gets me the meal from yesterday, and the order from that day. So I wait for the food 15 mins later they have my meal 'ready' I took it and went to my car. Was incorrect. Came back in told them the mistake the employees and others were giving me weird looks like I was overbearing but this is my job and it's not my money I'm spending so it's my obligation for the food to be correct. So why can't the employees do the same? They started correcting the mistake but the attitudes of the employees were evident. Ironic because Im the one being patient mistake after mistake I was very polite and apologetic for being disruptive. What bothered me was the woman I talked to when I came in had dissapeared at this point on the back on her phone so now there was some questions about the replacement food exactly why I wanted the MANAGER. Read moreI was in the area of this KFC so I went here. I lived out in St. Clair Shores for 15 years and everything was always good fresh and the service was awesome.
Today I stopped in because I was in the area and had purchased the fundraiser pack of coupons.
I asked for the buy one one for $1 KFC Bowel. I called back to complain because my 10 piece only had nine and one of those nine was pretty much a crumb.
I spoke with the manager who told me anyone can make a mistake it was not what he said it was the tone in which he said it and asked me to come back. I live in Detroit driving to St Clair Shores for one nugget was not reasonable.
His tone was so demeaning that I addressed it by telling him my history of event planning and having served over $500 people at once. I expressed how I understand that things happen my issues was how he was talking to me as if I did something wrong.
He said, I’m not saying you did anything wrong things happen and hung up I my face. I looked in my bag I don’t even have a receipt so I don’t have a ticket number or anything please if you go here check your items.
I don’t even think I got my discount for the bowl but I was in a hurry and didn’t check. I never expected this. As small as the nuggets out shorting you out of one and giving you a crumb for another is not...

Very long line, but would be patient and hope for the best. 6 cars ended up leaving before even getting to try to order. The employee yelled at the car in front of me "I already told you what we have." Which didn't instill me with much hope. I finally got to the "order box" at 8:39. I start to place my order, immediately get cut off with "we out of popcorn". Ask about drinks. Two choices Mt. dew Sweet Lightning 🤢and sierra mist, out of numerous other things so i left. 28 minutes of waiting for rude treatment, an attitude to every other customer, not just me, and ultimately you're out of every item we tried to order tonight. So we went to Arby's instead. We also wasted a quarter tank if gas waiting in line. Idk how you could manage this but a check for $13.12 to repay us for our gas cost would be excellent.
