The Pod Drop of Fraser — Attraction in Saint Clair Shores

I dropped off my iphone X 4-23-2021 they charge me 205.00 for screen and charger port less then two months 6-19-2021 sreen popped out creaked at bottom where charger port was installed refused to repare it and told me i dropped it even though i had an outter box defender case on it. The entire screen came off. There are no cracks, scratches, etc on the screen or case. This was obviously a faulty job.

Prior to trying to get the above mentuoned device fixed, I brought my daughter's iphone mini in veacuse it wasn't charged and the employee said it needed a circut that would $299 to fix. When I picked the phone up the front screen was cracked. I told the employee and he fixed it but the screen wasn't accurately fixed which was obvious by the noise the phone made when the screen was touched. I told him this and he told me to take the phone to Apple.

I dropped my 6S back in November took it to the pod drop paid $130 to have it repaired within a week the screen cracked all on it's own under a screen protector, luckily they replaced that screen at no additional costs. But since I had my phone repaired there it never quite worked properly the screen would not dim while I was on calls so I was either hanging up with people or 3 way calling or mute them. This week I dropped my phone again but took it to a closer repair shop, they discovered while replacing the screen that the pod drop left out 2 screws when they replaced my screen previously, which was causing ti not to work properly and all my troubles. Now that my phones has the screws it's working perfectly and I"m a happy camper. Just disappointed I paid $130 for a lousy repair that cause me 4 months of not being able to use my...

Had to order a new screen for my s5 when i cracked the glass because of how Samsung made the phone to be water resistant. Part had to be shipped there first. When it arrived i dropped it off yesterday, picked it up yesterday. Price was lower than all others, except the shop that insisted they could just take a heat gun to the broken glass to remove it and just replace the glass. But this is a bad idea as the LCD will almost always be damaged and the underscreen scratched (just part of thw knowl edge this team has). Not to mention the new glass from tye other place was only a little cheaper than the whole new LCD/glass part. Like a whole new phone!!! Great service with a smile and fast!!
