Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I tried giving them a break the first time I went there because maybe it was just a long hard day and after working at a little Caesars Pizza I understand long days. But no no no, DO NOT go here. I asked for a crazy bread and sauce add Italian seasoning and they gave me OLD BREAD. It was so incredibly dry and there wasn’t even Italian seasoning on it. Oh and kind you this was after they already had to refund my order because they charged me for a pizza I NEVER asked for so I was waiting an extra long time just for them to “find my order” to refund me. And going back a second time they did the exact same thing. Made me pay extra for the bread because of the Italian seasoning and when I got home the bread was old and there was nothing on it, not barely any butter or parm on it and definitely no Italian seasoning. This location has gone downhill under new owners. I've been going to this location for half a decade or more at this point.

Ordered three pizzas with Italian seasoning. Randomly they dumped melted butter on the pizza. I didn't ask for this and they normally do not put butter on the pizza when I ask for Italian seasonings. Now I have to wait for what I had ordered since they screwed up the order. It also doesn't look like they vacuum in here or clean the floors on the regular.

I received a new order and the employees lied to me about NOT putting it on the pizza, I check the pizza and it's still on there.

I will be contacting corporate about this, I also do not find it funny that they were laughing about doing it.

I wanted to call in my order, I was nine minutes on hold then I hung up. Called back again and they hung up on me. Call back a third time and asked if I could get a order of pepperoni cheese bread. The guy told me they didn’t have that. I asked did you discontinue it because you had it before. Just a minute he says, and asked another employee if they had that. OK I can get that ordered for you. So when I get there I pick it up when I get home I find out it’s not pepperoni cheese bread but just some kind of bread with seasonings on it. So I called back again, on hold for eight minutes hang up call back again, I get hung up on.
