Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time I was blown away by how delicious the chicken is. And the honey mustard dipping sauce is so good! The French fries were incredible. The biggest, firmest crinkle cuts I've ever seen outside my mother's kitchen... I had an original savvy slider and wasn't disappointed. The slider isn't particularly small, and the patty of beef seemed as if it was hand molded. It was very tasty! Alas, I don't care for their drink selection. The homemade lemonade tasted dirty, and, as someone who rarely drinks carbonated bevs, I just wasn't interested in the other flavors that they offered. They need a good root beer in that store, IMO. I paid cash the first visit; the second visit I upgraded my hamburger to a fish burger, for which they charged me an extra $1.29 for the piece of cod. This time, I was paying with my card. Now, it might have been me not understanding the screen I was looking at, but unless I added a tip for the guy who was taking my order, I wasn't being allowed to finish my transaction... If I'm wrong I'd be glad to hear about it because I wasn't impressed with the fact that I was forced to tip someone who's already getting paid to take my order. Tipping should be voluntary, and I resent being forced to do it. The chicken was delicious as before. The cod sandwich was ok, nothing special. I will probably come back because the chicken is very good, the fries were phenomenal, and there's a few other burger flavors I'd like to try, but when I go, I'm going to be...

This was my first time ordering from here. I order a simple meal. A slider only ketchup, chicken fingers, and seasoned fries. I get home to a slider with all mustard. I drove back and they replaced my whole meal, which seemed great customer service. I checked it before I left. They didn’t give me the correct fries and had the tiniest amount of cheese on my slider. I tell them that they messed up my order again. One of the managers tells the kitchen that they need a new order of fries. Instead, she turns around and just gives me a cup of seasoning to put on. I said, this is again, not what I ordered. Another manager, who I think is the owner, came to resolve the issues. He refunded my money, however, this is not what should happen when paying $16 for a simple meal. Meanwhile, waiting for my correct order, an employee was ordering beside me.
