I actually gave this place 5 stars after going about 7 times or so. But because of recent events, sadly, I deducted the stars.
You see, the Confetti kids club is like a paradise for kids. Weāve been waiting for a place like this for a while. There is a soccer area, ball pit, lots of slides, spinning things, blocks, and many other things that keep them entertained for hours.
The deals or prices are a little⦠well, letās just put it to is way: I would love a punch card or monthly subscription but itās either a very expensive one time hourly fee or a 3 month subscription. We went for the 3 month subscription, because if you play here about 12 times in those 3 months, it adds up to the same.
Most of the staff are very friendly, except for⦠and this is where I canāt give it 5 stars anymore.
2 days ago,(it was not busy) I was playing a game with my 4 year old son and 2 yr old daughter in the ball pit. I threw the balls on a slanted area for an hour (yes, that long) after which he would try to hit them and they would land back into the ball pit. But then suddenly, a young male employee with black hair walked over and rebuked me, āyou canāt do that anymore.ā I asked why not. He wouldnāt explain but kept repeating himself. Eventually, he said, āyou canāt throw balls.ā Imagine youāre a 41 year old dad, and youāve been here for 2 weeks. Every day, hundreds of balls are being thrown around by kids, some even directly out of the ball pit, which is not what I did. Around you, 5-10 kids are all throwing balls. All of that gets ignored, and he picks you, an adult, out of the crowd and starts controlling you, refusing to explain why, in a nasty tone. I left my phone number for the manager to talk about this ridiculous occurrence. Nothing yet. When I came home, my 8 year old daughter told me that he had even threatened her (and no one else) by saying, āIf you throw one more ball out of the ball pit, I will kick you out!ā (He was not nice...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally disappointed and embarrassed after our party today. I came in the store/club several days ahead of time to clarify what was available for the partyās I was prepared. At that time I added an additional pizza as I knew we would go over the 11 kids included in a party. Then upon arriving today, after last minute RSVPs we added a 4th pizza to ensure the kids could eat (it was a lunch time party 12-2). At 1:15 there was still no pizza. At 1:30 we were brought 2 out of the 4. I was so embarrassed and kids didnāt get to eat at all and we were frantically trying to cut pizza slices in half (we had around 20 kids). They were begging me for food. We decided to do cake immediately so we could feed the kids. The 2 other pizzas showed up at the end of the party after cake and presents were being opened (we did not pay for them in the end as the party was finished, they brought the pizza and wanted payment but we refused them at that point). The soda requested was not available that I was told would be (sprite and orange-they give you a cheaper something that is NOT sprite and there was no orange) Itās an additional 20$ per kid for party extras which I think is way too much. They did not set up for the extra kids or provide the goodie bags for them until we had to ask several times and those didnāt come until 6 mins before party was over (difficult when I brought goodies to add since thereās comes with 2 items (smarties and a rubber bracelet) basically, terrible goody bag and you need to bring extra stuff. For $20 extra per kid and also $20 per pizza (they are āhot and readyāsā from Little Caesarās that cost 5 bucks). Very overpriced and uncomfortable. Wonāt be having anymore kid parties here and would not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've been happy annual members of Confetti Kids Club since its opening, and itās been fantastic for my 19-month-old and two older children.
This indoor playground offers a safe environment where my kidsā development has been enhanced through bouncing, sliding, climbing, dancing, and building.
They host regular themed events like story-time and costume parties, alongside popular birthday parties.
The toddler area is spacious, secure, and engaging, perfect for early motor skills with soft play structures and mini slides.
My children make plenty of friends and stay active with the diverse activities. There are no screens or video games, which is rare in places like this.
The huge, climate-controlled space is great during St. Georgeās hot, cold, or rainy days. The staff are friendly, approachable, and know my kids by name. My kids love bantering with them too.
Some reviews mention high prices or minor operational imperfections, but as a family-run business that only launched in 2023. In my opinion, the Mom & Pop feel outweighs the polish of corporate chains.
The pricing is more than fair given the costs of equipment, maintenance, staff, and amenities. This kind of business is expensive to run and maintain, so people need to put this in perspective.
For St. George families with kids aged 1ā10, Confetti Kids Club is a winner. Itās not a sterile corporate giant, but has the amenities of one, and thatās...
