Sharetea St. George — Restaurant in Saint George

Edit: in response to the owner. I think you mistook us for another family but I think I know which family you are talking about, they were about 2 orders ahead of us. As far as the boba taste… I stated in this review it was definitely yummy. I wouldn’t say the best in town though ☺️ Also as a business owner myself, the sales tax in Utah specifically is actually 4.7%. Although mine doesn’t involve food prepared at location, upon research the add on is 1% of that. Your charged total sales tax should be 5.7%. Also… we went in on Saturday, not Friday. I was considering going again whenever my family does little mall outings. But the owner response feels very unprofessional for no reason. I gave an honest 3 star review, if I wanted to be awful and actually cause issues I would have done 1 star.

The boba tea was super yummy! Wait was awful though, they served others that got there wayyyy after us, probably took about 20 minutes to get our drink. They’re also illegally charging more sales tax than they should be. Hopefully they fix that before they catch a federal charge and...

The drinks from here are great, but we really should have learned after our first awful experience here. We decided to give them another shot tonight, and it was even more disappointing than the first time we came. We waited almost 40 minutes for our drinks (ordered at 3:14 and got our drinks at 3:50). Every person who came after us got their drinks before us. We were not the only ones whose drinks were not made though, and she gave every person who brought it up a hard time. The lady working insisted that someone must have taken our drinks, but we were watching as people took their drinks the whole time. Their machine was not printing receipts, and when people mentioned this, she became angry and insisted it was working. Luckily we had ours texted to us, otherwise I don’t think we would have gotten our drinks at all, as she didn’t believe us. No apology was given, just a spew of excuses. We will not...

Cool new location in St George, unfortunately the quality at this location doesn’t match up to others. Customer service was poor. This was the wrong order (was supposed to be blended thai tea) and the taro powder wasn’t completely blended in and was floating in clumps. Super disappointed, since we love the vegas location. :(

Update: Tried the boba and it’s not great. Idk what this location is doing differently but the boba was old and chewier than fresh boba. It just tasted bad. The mix they used was bitter and tasted like chemicals. Boba has never missed this bad with us. I didn’t even think I could be this disappointed with something as simple as drinks. Sorry I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this was not good.
