(Apologies in advance for the novel) My review is a little bit different because I have a gluten allergy/Celiac. I called multiple times before we visited to make sure there were gluten free options. And each time they said yes they have gluten free food! I was stoked so we came for my birthday. So credit where credit is due, everyone was VERY nice and explained everything to us until we completely understood the process. It’s a little confusing the first time, but once you figure it out it’s easy (all you can eat grill and then hot pot is extra. You can go get food at the buffet or order it on an iPad that comes out to you). So the good news, pretty much all the hotpot is gluten free, and A LOT of what you can grill is gluten free too! The only thing is you need to order non-marinated meat for the grill. I was with my family who do eat gluten. So they just had us use the grill for the gluten free food first, and then they came by and gave us a new/fresh grill, and everyone who had marinated meat used that. And then if I wanted to grill more they’d give us a new grill again. So awesome! Honestly if you just came here for lunch for all you can eat shrimp, the price is worth it! My big issue though, as a person who cannot eat gluten, it felt confusing and unsafe. Once we were there ordering food, it was confusing to know exactly what was gluten free and what wasn’t. And the servers, gave me different information so it seemed like no one knew anything for sure. They give you 3 sauces that come in a shared container. And at first they told me the sauces on each side were gluten free. So I asked for a container that only had the gluten free sauces to avoid cross contamination. I tasted them and I thought, these seem like they have soy sauce, is it gluten free? The servers were confused and then came back and told me, oh actually the one in the middle was the gluten free one and not the ones on the side. They had no idea if the other sauces (which they said were gluten free) were actually gluten free or not, after I’d already tried them. I felt so unsafe. There really needs to be clear communication on what is gluten free and what isn’t. That is so crucial. It would be amazing if there was any actual written, standardized info of what was gluten free or not to help me feel confident in what I’m eating, and not getting mixed info. All that being said, the food I did have was delicious. I want to come back but I want the sauces to be figured out if they’re safe or not. Cause if there’s no gluten free sauce, then it’s just plain meat. Huge shout out to Linda, because she was so kind and patient. And once she realized I didn’t feel safe with the sauces she actually made her own concoction that was gluten free for me which tasted amaazing! Everyone else also loved their food and thought the experience was cool. It is not very intimate because you’re kind of far away from the other side of the table so you can’t really talk or hear each other. But a fun atmosphere none the less.

I've been wanting to come here since they opened but couldn't justify the price (I can't/don't eat a lot in one sitting so I rarely get my money's worth). It's my birthday and my partner said let's go. We were greeted immediately, seated, and served. Morrin was our server and an absolute delight. She explained everything thoroughly. I honestly was a bit overwhelmed with everything (so many choices), but we got the hang of it quickly. Part way through the meal, I asked Morrin if they did 10% off birthday bills (I saw it in one of the menu photos or website or somewhere) and she said no they don't, but they do offer a free dessert. I asked if I could do that, and she asked if it was my birthday. I said yes, she said happy birthday, and even gave me a little hug. Anyway, dinner was fantastic. And while the appetizers were tasty, I'll be skipping those in the future in favor of things like the spicy beef on the cold bar and all the veggies (mushrooms + tons of garlic, soy, and homemade chili oil was so simple but so good). And ohhhh the bulgogi and pork steak... In the 75 minutes we were there, there were FIVE birthdays being celebrated, including mine. So much singing! Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and while we can't afford to come here often due to the price (totally a good deal, we're just on a budget), it's gonna be our new go-to for special occasions. We *do* have an anniversary coming up in November... 🤔😆

We had a great experience at Galbi Grill! The service was excellent, the food was great quality, and there are so many drink options to choose from. Most of the meats for Korean BBQ or hot pot are not pre-seasoned or marinated. Instead, they provide a wide variety of spices and sauces so you can season everything to your own taste—which is actually pretty fun once you get into it! Don’t be discouraged by reviews saying it’s “hard to learn.” It’s literally just an electronic stove for the hot pot, super easy to use. A couple things to keep in mind: hot pot and desserts are an additional cost, and the price is about $10 more on Saturdays and Sundays compared to weekdays. Overall though, a fantastic experience and totally worth it!

Holy cow the food is amazing! I appreciate the staff so much - they were so patient and kind to explain how the process works when it’s your first time. The meat is so flavorful and really easy to cook.

To break it down as best I can - it’s “all you can eat” with a set price for each person (price varies from lunch to dinner). This includes meat, seafood, veggies to BBQ as well as appetizers, rice and sides. You order the meat and appetizers from an iPad and the kitchen brings it out to your table to cook. There is also a buffet that includes salad, fruit, seafood (crab, shrimp, tripe, octopus) as well as boba drinks and packaged drinks - it’s all you can eat. It’s all family style. We got NY strip and pork belly for the table then ribeye and bolgogi steak for our second round. They give you utensils to cook it at the table and change the grill out after each round of food. They set the temp for you on the grill.

If you want a hot pot, that’s just $3 extra. They have hot pot noodles and veggies at the buffet. Desserts are extra and so is the premium Wagyu. Everything else is already included!

It’s such a fun experience with amazing food. Even my toddler enjoyed the dinner. We...
