Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Saint George

Restaurant was very clean, the employees were nice and speak to you with respect, and the fries and black Angus burgers are AMAZING, even without the toppings they are still packed with flavor in every bite. Of course the original fry sauce just adds to it. And the drinks burn like McDonalds sprite, are never flat, and are honestly a little sweeter than canned or bottled. Next time I go I'm going to be trying their fried mushrooms most likely. Edit: This review was 2 years ago when I had barely started working here, they throw burgers on the ground and put them in the bag to cut down on time, and corporate managers don't order enough stuff so we were out of Vanilla Ice Cream, Fry Sauce, and half our burgers a few times. They don't require certification for bathroom cleaning because I wasn't certified, and just so you know, they tell us to only give you 3 swirls of ice cream instead of the 5 layers that are in the picture for a regular cone, also they only have 2-3 people at a time, when I worked here it was only on Holidays that there was actually a crew of 4 people with me on the 4th of July. Now it's gone even more down hill and the prices are ridiculous, they were too expensive when I got a 25 percent discount on the food and the only way I got food from here was at the end of the night when we made too many burgers or fries and no one else really cared to take the food. I got pastramis and Bacon Burger meals a couple times. One thing I will say though is ask for lime to put in your fries, and try Mountain Dew mixed with Vanilla IC, it tastes like Key Lime Pie. Disgusting and pathetic. Previously have gone to this place and treated with a warm welcome, dignity and respect. Sundaes we're always provided neatly with a cap and plenty of napkins. We are of European decent as well as their Staff. Today we went to enjoy a sundae by way of drive thru as usual. We were handed a cap less cup dripping over the sides got it all over my new truck interior. We tapped the horn to get someone back to the window and asked if we could get a cap and napkins to clean up the truck and the girls which were of a different ethnicity than us just looked dumbfounded while giving us a dirty look all the while ice cream was dripping down our hand holding the cup out the window. Getting no where we left the drive thru to the neighboring business parking lot to clean up the mess. My Fiance went into the bathroom at Arctic to wash the messy stickiness off hands and on the way out told the staff that he took care of that nasty sundae himself. Customers heard and appeared concerned about their own food. We could have demanded they make a new sundae, however did not want them to have food that I would be consuming in the event they retaliated by messing with the food. Example spitting etc.....Won't be back ever which is a shame as we really liked the place when we were treated kindly by the other staff. Don't go to this place. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the service was so terrible. We arrived as a family with 3 little kids at this Arctic Circle around 6pm on a Tuesday. The drive thru had 3 cars in it, but when we went inside to order there was no one in line at the lobby cash register. I waited at the register for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged by either of the employees. They both passed the cash register multiple times without saying “hello” or “I’ll be with you in just a minute.” After 15 minutes of waiting for them to take my order I finally said something to them. I was kind and simply asked “would you be able to take my order?” The man snapped at me and said in a very aggressive tone “if you could just give me a few seconds. I’m busy here.” I told him I had been waiting to place an order with no one in front of me for over 15 minutes, but neither employee had acknowledged me.” He responded that he saw me there, but I should have been able to tell he was busy doing other things. He then rolled his eyes and turned his back on me and still did not take my order. The woman coworker standing next to him began to talk about me with me still standing there waiting to order.
