Midway Peace Park — Attraction in Saint Paul

I want to love this park but I'm dying in the sun right now. It is EXTREMELY inhospitable to caregivers at the park. There is NOWHERE to escape the hot sun. They need shade. There is even a pagoda looking thing that provides zero cover.

The playground equipment is very cool even for bigger kids which is why we came here.. there are no swings though fyi. And nothing for very small kids that isn't attached to giant equipment.
