SO incredibly disappointed today with this locations: Ordered an ONLINE TOGO order at 10:20am for pick up time of 11:45am (figured this wouldn't be an issue- I work at the nearby hospital, so I was trying to plan ahead to NOT be late for clinic after lunch, 11:30am-12:15p). I arrive at this location at 11:40a, and I go up to the cashier and tell her I did an online order for 11:45a, the cashier responds: "No. Unless you're a "JOHN," I don't have an order for you." I reply back, "Well, I have my email confirmation right here for 11:45a.." Rings me up, and goes, "Well we don't get the order until 8min before it's to be picked up," and disappears to the back of the store. (NOW I'm not the best with math, but 11:40p is 5min away from 11:45a...) Same girl comes out, and continues not to acknowledge me and goes back to rolling silverware.. Thus, I ask again, "Well is my food at least started?" And she replies without even turning her body around, "Yup." Continues to roll silverware with the other cashier. So 11:55am comes around... 10MIN AFTER I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE MY PICKUP ORDER, 15MIN of me sitting on the bench in the store.. the second cashier FINALLY calls my order name. I go to grab my bag from her, and she pulls it back and goes, "Well excuse me..DID YOU PAY?" YES. I PAID... 15MIN AGO. MAYBE RATHER than gossiping with cashier number one about how I am "an impatient person" and side glance at me for 15min, the employees could have communicated? So I didn't receive my order until OVER 15min after my scheduled pickup time- I hustle back to work to try and attempt to eat for the last 10min of my break, and I bite into a piece of broccoli, and it's RAW. Read moreZERO STARS! TERRIBLE Customer Service by employee, restaurant manager AND alllll the way up to the 1-800 customer service representative. I was over charged. When I brought this to the employee's attention he downplayed it as tho it was not very much money so no big deal. It may not have been very much money but it was the principle of the matter. He charged my card TWICE and just passed it off that my cardholder would figure it out and refund me. He would NOT even take ownership of his mistake. After leaving I called and spoke to the manager of the restaurant who had the EXACT same attitude - no big deal. I set out on a daunting task to find the 800 number for customer service which was nearly impossible to find. EVEN they were uninterested! ALL three of these employees seemed as tho I was a bother to them rather than a loyal customer! This person was more interested in getting off the phone with me rather than dealing with the problem. When asked if I would like a gift card or a refund, I stated with everyone's poor attitude and horrible customer service, I would take the refund, since I now have no desire to EVER step foot in another Noodles & Company. Read moreI have to say in a generation where nobody wants to work, that manager with the butterfly tattoos at the register seemed MORE than happy to be there and was so helpful! But not just to me, also to the people in front of me and behind me in line. And don’t you know, she was actually smiling! I’ve been to a handful of noodles and company’s around the cities because I’m always traveling to different places for work and this is the first one I’ve been to where it felt like I was truly cared about! I wish I could have gotten her name, but I will be back! And it was refreshing to see the employees working fast and accurately but also laughing and talking and having a good time!
