On 05/04/2020 I entered the 1120 University Avenue Saint Paul White Castle prepared to make a $15+ Breakfast Drive Thru Order.
I began the order by instructing White Castle staff to please make a Large Half Root Beer & Half Cream Soda, then I asked for Breakfast Sandwiches & Mozzerella Sticks.
At one point in the order process - "Denise" the Manager stopped me & stated she "did not understand" - so repeated myself & reiterated what I was asking for.
"Denise" then proceeded to shout at me & raise her voice claiming that I was being "unclear" & my order "didn't make sense" to her.
This is not a complicated White Castle order in my opinion as I have created this in past visits. "Denise" requested that I come forward to the service window, in which I did.
When I approached the service window - "Denise" began shouting "Let me explain something to you - when I say I could not understand your order - I could not understand your order" at which she said - "what would you like to order?"
I responded w/"I would like a large soda "Half Root Beer" Half Cream Soda" - "Denise" then interupted & stated again "I do not understand" I asked "what is there not to understsnd? I just explained what I wanted for soda."
At that point - not only was "Denise" unwilling to proceed nor fully complete my order "Denise" refused to serve me the White Castle Breakfast order I intended to purchase.
I asked for "Denise's" name & her supervisor name in which "Denise" declared that she was the manager & I could call her store after 11am to speak with her supervisor. I am upset.
I was unable to receive what well-explained White Castle Breakfast Order I placed. This is disturbing.
What can I do to receive what White Castle Restaurant order I asked for? This experience left...
Read moreIt is so unsanitary to prepare customers food with gloves on and you're on your phone scrolling looking at the latest hot topics or texting! Drive thru was busy & the young lady with the dyed red pony on top of her head was complaining about how are people still coming in the store because she locked the door. Well another employee directed another customer to let me in. I ordered the #3 the 1920s Burger meal. I was very excited to try because I've never seen a White Castle burger come with lettuce and tomatoes or caramelized onions... my sandwiches did not have the caramelized onions. I also ordered two sides fish nibblers and chicken rings and by the time I got my food 10 almost 15 minutes later and I was the only customer in the store not sure why it took so long, they still forgot my fries that came with the meal. By the time I realized this I was already on the train headed to Minneapolis so I called the store to let them know they had forgot my fries and what could be done about it and they told me really nothing! That they usually don't take names because the next shift is not going to remember who the person is blah blah blah. I really wanted those fries...
Read moreI ordered 3 sandwiches and the deep dried pickles. I ordered at 9:25 and got my food at 9:59. At 9:55 I called from the parking lot to see if they had forgotten me. I had ordered the hot chicken sliders with the pickles. They came without the pickles, so I'm glad I had ordered a side of them. I might say agyer an expierence like this that I won't ever go back, but I will, tjose b pickles were good. I will be getting them again. I know that my experience was more about the crew on staff tonight than anything else. Now about a week later I go back to get more pickles, and food for my kids. They featured the pickles on the marquee. So I pull up to the drive through, fourth pkace from the menu board, sixth from the window. When I finally get to the menu board, (10 minutes at least), they have a small, (1" × 3"), fresh out of pickles. What is wrong with these people? If you are out of a product, don't promote it. Change your GD marquee. Every problem I have encountered there had nothing to do...
