We have been Executive members for over a year now. And throughout that year I have been purchasing the Kirkland frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts. Those chicken breasts have always been of high quality. Until this last bag that I purchased on 11/12/2018. As soon as we opened the bag we noted how different the breasts looked. They are much thiner and a bit smaller. We had one left over from the previous bag so we cooked one of each for lunch. The thiner breast from the new bag was so rubbery it was inedible, while the breast from the older bag was tender and juicy as always. We thought maybe it was just a bad breast. So the next day we cooked another two for lunch from the new bag with the same rubbery, inedible result. I decided to return the chicken which was refunded with no issues. When asked why, I explained the poor quality and asked if they have switched suppliers because they look different as well. Both people behind the counter didn't have a clue, nor did they attempt to find out any information for me which was disappointing. The only information that I got on the matter was one of the people said, "The boxes they come in are different now". So I went back to where the chicken is stocked to see if maybe I just received a bad bag but sadly I did not. It seems that Costco has changed their frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts for the worse. I looked through over ten different bags in the freezer and all of them were the new smaller, rubbery, and inedible chicken breasts. I truly hope this is a regional and temporary problem. However, if this is Costco's new permanent chicken breasts then we will not be renewing our membership because this indicates that their quality will continue to be degraded throughout their other products until it's just a run of the mill wholesaler. If anyone else has noticed this difference please respond to this...

Read moreI’ve been a regular here ever since moving to st.Louis in 2011. We’re frequent customers. The staff has always been friendly, and I’ve had no complaints until today.
Just left Costco St.peters Mo. I got my kids 2 slices of pizza. Part of a pizza slice was on the table. I politely requested a fresh slice of cheese pizza as mine had touched the table, but his reaction was furious; he just pulled the plate, sending the pizza flying against the wall to the floor! With full anger face he gave me a different slice. Again I politely mentioned that it was rude. He bounced into the kitchen to hide. I was uncomfortable, the scene was upsetting, and I felt everyone’s gaze upon me. Did I do anything wrong here! An old man standing right next to me said, that was unacceptable behavior. I saw that pizza was literally touching the table. I just kept quiet and moved from there, as soon as I moved, he came out and started to serve others ( as if nothing happened)
I went and told the supervisor what happened, and she asked me to identify the employee. Another employee who’d been watching from the kitchen window then came out and told her who it was. She said she knew him, they’d received complaints, and would handle the situation. Then, with a a thank you for the information, she apologized for the...
